I was really surprised with how good the sound quality of these is based on the price point but then again Sony is a well known quality brand for music and sound so I was pleasantly surprised how clear and resonate they are while using my digital Clavinova. :)

These headphones are small, light and very comfortable to wear. The sound quality is great, especiality for the price. I don't think you can beat them for the price.

I was invited to a podcast over Zoom. They needed me to get a decent mic and some headphones. These headphones were perfect. Lightweight, surprisingly dynamic sound for such a low price, and comfortable. I can say nothing of their durability because I've only had them for a month. If they fall apart, I'll come back and tell you!

I purchased these just on an impulse and i was very surprised how well they sounded i mean the music played so clear and level and no weird noises they had good range of sound .. The only thing i had a small gripe about is the sound level they dont get very loud but that may be a good thing .. Yes i do recommend these for traveling or school as they fold up so nicely and have a tangle free cord ..

We have bought about 3 sets of headphones for my daughter over the past year. When we have purchased the typical little kid headphones so that they will fit her small head, she has complained that she can't hear on them b/c most of them are "volume controlled." We've tried a cheaper pair of regular headphones, but they are often too big and tear up easily. These are quality headphones that fit her head and she can actually hear out of them. Best headphones for such a cheap price! We loved them so much, we went back and got our other daughter a pair.

Was looking for a set that I can have on for long periods of time so comfort was important. As a gamer I've gone through dozens of headsets so I wanted something durable. The metal band rather than plastic was a must. The sound quality is great and the added bass booster gives it much more depth. I've been told the microphone makes me sound as if I'm a distance away but I cared more about the sound.

My boys needed a pair of headphones to keep at school for when they were on the computer. We found these at a good price and they did exactly what we needed them to do. My boys said they were easy to plug in and use, they had great sound, they were comfortable and very easy to store. I would highly recommend for any young students that need headphones for school.

Bought this at the suggestion of Best Buy employee in store. Wanted headphones to wear on plane and watch movie on my tablet. I think these are good for general listening but are not noise cancelling so if that's what you are looking for, go with something labeled specifically for that. Sound was clear, headphones much more comfortable than ear buds but volume wasn't high enough to cut out ambient noise on plane.

I tried them on my android device and the volume was too low. I might need the appropriate DAC. I tried them on my iPhone with the Apple branded USB-C to 3.5 MM adapter and the volume was good. When I got home these babies shined on my PC. Music sounded like I was at the concert watching it live. Anime sounded normal like I was using Bluetooth headsets. Recommend them 100%! For the price they can’t be beat.

I was looking for a relatively inexpensive wired headphone that I could take to the gym and not worry if it got damaged or lost. Also, I really dislike ear bud style headphones. I found the Sony ZX headphones perfect for my need. The price was great, the sound quality is very good and the over-the-ear style is exactly what I wanted. The headphones fold so they are easy to throw into a gym bag.

These headphones are reasonably well-built, and fold nicely for storage. For the price (10-20 dollar depending on sales), they can’t be beat in my opinion. They sound more than passable, and are reasonably comfortable, with the only downside being strain after a long period of time at the top, which is unpadded. They also look decent in my opinion, but that’s a matter of taste.

Still using the Sony ZX Wired On-Ear Headphones purchased 18 months ago. They are light weight and comfortable with an easily adjustable headband and long cord. The sound quality is good for zoom meetings on my laptop. I do not know how good they are for music.

I love that this headset folds flat, is comfortable, affordable and provides excellent quality.

These headphones are great for the price. They are compact and lightweight, which make them perfect to use for long hours. I use them when my ears get sore with the beats earbuds. The sound quality is pretty good for the price. Although they are not noise canceling, I have used them in places like Starbucks and airports/flghts and most of the noise is blocked.

I bought these because I was looking for an inexpensive over the ear headphone and had purchased a white pair of the original ones that do not collapse and loved them. The collapsible feature is alright I think for some reason I like the originals but they still give great sound quality for the price, you cant beat it! Sony does a great job with these their comfortable, portable and reasonable on price.

These are inexpensive headphones that are functional but flimsy. I purchased for kids and hope they'll last a year. These provide good enough sound and are comfortable to wear. Just don't expect to have high-end quality in components, finish or performance when you're buying inexpensive headphones such as these.

I bought these Sony ZX Series headphones as a cheap, reliable pair for my commute and for travel, and they've exceeded my expectations for the price. The sound quality is surprisingly good. I'm not an audiophile, but the audio is clear, and the bass has a nice punch without being overpowering. It's a significant step up from standard earbuds that come with phones. I use them for music, podcasts, and video calls, and everything sounds great.

I'm a professional videographer and was in need of some high quality headphones for a good price. Naturally I'd go for top of the line but headphones are like sunglasses for me in that I don't want to spend $150+ on something that I will, drop/sit on/break. These sound much better than the last no name cheap set I bought and are quite comfy and fold up to be compact. No complaints.
