I purchased these in November; by May, the right ear bud will not charge past 40%. The left one typically charges to 90%. The buds stay in the case all day, so they should be completely charged, but the right one will not charge. I deleted the connection, paired again, and the charge will still not be more than 40%. They are very comfortable and worked as expected, except for the charging issue.

Wife is a nurse and we use a speaker that plays rain so she can block out noise but i dont like it so i got her this amd now i can sleep too

Not great, not the worst. They get the job done if you need a break from your snoring partner and pitter patter from the upstaors neighbor. Plastic mesh on the actual earphone's is a bit flimsy also. Okay product

Worked great for 6 months, then earbuds only charged to 50% after a firmware update from Soundcore app. So, in middle of night around 3 AM…WAKE UP. I’ve done the suggested troubleshooting and nothing. I’ve contacted Soundcore directly and they want me to contact Bestbuy. They worked well when they worked. If $150 to over $200 is worth it to you for a short term product, then these are it. No support after purchase and fail within six months.

Great product, not great reliability. First purchase didnt work so I had to return them. Replaced them and now the second pair is on the fritz. They will only charge to 40% and therefore wont last through the night to wake my son up.

Love them because they are comfortable, I can sleep on my side and they cancel out snoring...BUT....they only last 5 hours and shut off. Then, I'm awake bc I hear the snoring again. So if you like to sleep longer than 5 hours .. Do not purchase

My wife had been using them for a couple of weeks now and has had zero regrets. She can fall asleep after working on her phone late at night, and she loves the sound quality.

What a frustrating product. Needlessly complicated app. These are sleep buds. I want to take them out of the case, open the app, hit play, adjust the volume, AND GO TO SLEEP! And you can't do that.
And that doesn't even address the issue that half the time they DON'T PAIR WITH THE APP! So when I'm sleepy, I have to do endless cycles of put the buds back in the case, close the app, open the app, take the buds out of the case, repeat repeat repeat repeat. Finally they sync up! Wait, that was only for about a second and now nothing again.
Want to use them as just regular earbuds for other apps! Well, guess what. Sometimes that works, and sometimes it doesn't. Cue up the endless cycle ofput the buds back in the case, close the app, open the app, take the buds out of the case, repeat repeat repeat repeat etc etc etc etc
This company REALLY needs to follow the KISS concept - Keep It Simple St****!

Some serious nuiances you have to get used to...but does what it says it does and allows me to side sleep with them in!
Read reviews aplenty and see if the things that bother some would be too much for you...I decided they wouldn't and I'm happy with my purchase.

They're good when they work. Stopped working within 6 months. Don't hold a charge for more than 3 hours and both don't sync up. One works when one doesn't

They fit great, and I only feel them a bit when I sleep on my side; I quickly got used to them.

I have 3 dogs and they can be very loud during the morning while I’m still asleep. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night due to sounds of people stomping past my door or anything like that. Completely blocks it all out. Be sure to keep these things clean however. Especially where the magnetic contacts are. It’s not fun when one is dead because it wasn’t charging due to dirty contacts.
