This case is the perfect blend of lightweight and functional. Although other cases may offer more protection for the phone if dropped, this case does almost as well and isn't as bulky. I also like the rubber grooves that allow for a comfortable and secure grip.

I really like this case. Very grippy which is what I was looking for. Does not slide around and protects the Note8 perfectly. fits tight, buttons work fine. Granted the full screen is exposed but that's what I like.

This is a really great case for the price. It provides excellent protection for my galaxy note 8. I don't care for the new line of cases that aren't including screen protectors just so they can get you to buy them separately, but I will say that the border of these do provide protection for your screen if it were to land on a flat surface but obviously not against a direct hit to the screen. The case is durable yet lightweight and not bulky like an otterbox defender.

Its a phone case so the only thing that matters is whether or not it protects your phone and after a month of use I can say that it has for me. Having dropped my phone once and after repeated manhandling from aggressive use my phone is undamaged and I feel confident that it will continue to provide increased protection to the sides and back of my phone. Of course, like most cases this does not come with screen protection which leave you vulnerable if your phone falls face down. It does keep your screen from connecting with a flat surface if you happen to place it down that way and that is helpful for me as I inadvertently do it all the time. The case looks great, is designed with numerous grooves for increased grip capability and is cut to perfection to fit my phone snugly and properly allowing full access to all functions. When you spend $900 on a phone you need a case that will help protect your investment and bar screen damage this case will do just that although I'm sure you could find a comparable one made of the exact same material for a fraction of the cost if you search enough. Ultimately, how carefully you handle your device makes all the difference since no case is fail proof.

Purchased this grip case for protection with the Samsung Note 8. The case is easy to handle, and was purchased as it is not slippery (as other cases). Is light and offers good protection, along with easy use.

I have had nothing but Speck Cases on my phones since the S4. I get a new phone every year if not sooner and i always buy the same cases. I drop them all the time and they work and feel better than otterbox and others. I've never broken a phone in one.

My new Samsung was slick and hard to hold. The raised ridges solved that problem. The ridges are not high enough to make it hard to remove from a pocket as some very thick cases are.

I've always like how Speck sealed out dust and debris at the same time protecting and giving great grip! This is no exception, case fits like a glove and really grippy.

This cover fits great and protects the phone well. Only issue be careful on what face protection you use it may hit the sides of this cover.

This is a well made cover that attaches to the phone easily, stays on very well and provides an excellent grip for handling the phone.

Fits phone really well, nice and snug. I really like how the grips feel in my hand. Works with glass screen protectors.

The Speck GRIP case makes the phone easy to keep a secure hold on by hand. Its slim design makes swiping in from the side just as easy to do as if it wasn't even installed. Additionally, I don't have any false taps from the side when holding the phone which I was nervous about being this is my first curved-edge phone.

Great protection against drops plus excellent gripping. Well made. It is my 3rd case, Note 5, S8+ and now Note 8.

Protects my Note8 & has a with nice grip so I don't drop it. Also helps to keep phone on table without sliding.

Case has great grip and is lightweight. Has shock absorption, that works pretty well. Dropped my phone twice and my phone is fine.

I had the Speck Candy Shell Grip case for my Note 5 and loved it. They don't make that for the Note 8, this is the closest thing they have. The first one broke when the Best Buy employee put it on my phone. It came apart at the corner down by the S Pen. I'm nervous that will happen with it again, but I didn't want to walk out of the store without a case for a phone that cost nearly $1k. PROS: Sleek and having the grip is what I was looking for. CONS: Durability concerns

This case is very simple. I wanted a basic case as I take good care of my phone and wanted to keep it light and not too bulky. Even thought he case does go up over the side a little more than I'd like, but you can still easily see the edge lighting notifications and it does not interfere with edge panels. I also like the grips on the back are in a good spot for typing with it as well. I have not removed the case since getting it so I cannot say how difficult that is.

It's fits perfectly on my Note 8. Easy to. Get on and off. Makes it easy to grip the phone.
