Perfect fit and function. I have had this case for over a year now and my phone is like new because of this case.

Nice textured back for a good grip, and will not slip on a smooth surface. Phone just feels more secure when holding it.

this is my first smart phone, and it is very confusing to use after having regular cell phones that only talk, text and take pictures. I daily find great apps , but have trouble using them. I had the Best Buy Geek Squad install an EERO WIFI system for me, but when I had questions, neither Verizon nor Best Buy Customer Service could help me. In fact the Best Buy Cust Svc told me to call the Geek Squad, and then she gave me a non-working phone number.

I like this phone. Upgraded from a Note 8. If you love your Notes, stay with that. I should have waited for the Note 20 to came out, Nothing against this phone, I've had Galaxies in previous years, but I'm a Note fan. It's the same sizeas the Note I had, so it fits in my hand comfortably, I forgot some of the features aren't the same. When I pay this one off, going right back to the Note. However, this phone still gets a thumbs up.

A very good case . It is very easy to hold and no problem with it slipping out of your hand.

So far case gas been very good on grip although the phone dropped once, no starch on the back or starch on front.
