Buttons on side too hard

I had to push really really had to adjust volume and lock the phone. I’m not sure if this is a defect or this is how it’s designed intentionally. The grip looks nice but it’s not really rubberized, it is useful that I have the ring phone holder but I’m not sure if it grips very well if I don’t have it. I wish the side buttons isn’t too hard to access or I would have liked this case

I will say the grip isn’t as secure since it’s all plastic and no rubber/silicone. Best part is definitely the shock absorption for your phone

Poor replacement for older version of this case

When I upgraded my phone this was the only case I even looked at. The grips on this case are still slippery and the buttons are really hard to press. I am not happy so far with this case and would not purchase again.
