The case was designed to be a precision form fit so when you’re installing your AirPods case for the first time, try to apply a little force. We recommend inserting your AirPods case (completely closed) into Presidio, then press down on the top lid until the latch has securely shut over your AirPods. When removing the case, be sure to take the tip of your finger and push through the bottom charging port until the case slides up and is easy to remove. Don’t try to remove your AirPods case by pulling on the top lid. If you continue having issues, email customerservice@speckproducts.com and someone from our team will help you out.
