I was very disappointed. Best Buy customer service was great and took it back with no problems at all.

Just an "ok" case

It also seems pretty protective, however my only complaint is that the case is slippery. Sometimes when I grab the sides to pick the phone up, it slips out of my hand. Other than that, the case is ok.

If grip is important to you, we'd like you to check out Presidio Grip or Presidio V-Grip, both of which were designed with grippiness and hold in mind. I have dropped my phone. Usually off my bed. But no hard drops. My phone screen cracked on the top right corner. The rubber on the bottom started to get really loose. I like the look of the case but I am disappointed that it didn’t protect my phone. I have had the case for bout six months.

Lucky for me I had a Zagg protecting my phone. I had minor damage to my screen. I always get Zagg phone cases when I purchase a phone. They are the best.

Super sturdy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The case is slim enough that it doesn’t seem awkward or bulky in my hands, and it fits easily into my small jean pockets. It has also protected my phone numerous times. I’m constantly dropping it and having heart attacks, but the case has kept it safe at least 20 times, from parking lots to gravel to dirt. However, the rubbery first layer has worn and “peeled” and is looking quite poor, but this is also after 8 months of usage and I’m pretty rough with my phone. For the price, I don’t mind. I’m going to be buying another one!
