    I used the same model case (Speck Presidio2) for my iPhone SE (gen 2) for years while waiting for Apple to release an SE 4th generation. Since Apple decided to by-pass a budget, low-cost phone, I bought this item for my 'new' iPhone 14 (which itself was heavily discounted to clear stock). Since the specs for the 14 and 16e are virtually identical, I bought the same model case which had protected my SE for so long (even after multiple drops). Additionally, Best Buy had this on sale for half price (50% off). Direct from Speck only offered a 10% discount so I made out well overall.
