This is the best of the Bond series of movies since the change to the new format. I enjoyed the extravagant style and gadgets that were used to get the bad guy who was beyond belief and had equipment that no one else had and lived in environments that could not be imagined. The music was terrific and the cars and driving were tops. A great story line with unexpected twists. FIVE STARS!!!

I am not quite sure why Spectre got a bad rap from some fans and critics. I enjoyed it as a fine addition to the Daniel Craig Bnond era. Is it as good as Casino Royale or Skyfall? No, not quite but it is still a great movie. Plenty of fantastic action and a great reintroduction to some classic storytelling and characters of the old Bond. The DVD content is good. A must buy for James Bond fans.

So, I am a fan of the I.F. books and movies, but I have grown up realizing fully knowing they are separate universes. Spectre is a beautiful arc seguey to provide maybe the first full continuity of two films as closely as Skyfall and Spectre, although others in the Pierce- andCraig-eras have gotten close. I personally love the long arc approach, think Star Wars, that the movies are taking.

Ok, SKYFALL was just that good so nothing is going to surpass it. But SPECTRE pays the nice homage to the past Bonds by giving us the megalomaniac in search of world domination, the white dinner jacket, a fight scene on a train, Alpine scenes....and a story that ties up the previous Daniel Craig movies. Christoph Watlz plays a very good Bloefeld....more Donald Pleasance than Telly Savalas or Charles Grey. Watch it for it own sake.

While not as good as Skyfall, Spectre does a good enough job as a follow-up, and reintroduces Bond fans to Blomfield. I've enjoyed Daniel Craig as Bond, and hope he gets one more film in the Bond role. As for the SteelBook, I purchased the first release, which had a glossy finish, and debossing around the bullet hole. This SteelBook was later re-released in a matte finish.

This film had the unfortunate circumstance of being released after Skyfall which is considered to be one of the best films in the Bond series overall. It does introduce old characters as well as new ones but the reason it was so criticized was because of dumb reasons that make no sense such as the length of the film which is just a few minutes longer than previous entries. It's not the best one but it is one of the better ones.

The opening sequence of this movie is worth the admission alone. Classic Bond fare here. Good action sequences, gadgets and bond girls. The villain reveal is a little convoluted but Christoph Waltz is just pitch perfect in it. You will not be disappointed

The highly entertaining yet deeply flawed Spectre comes to blu ray. The disc itself is light on features (since so many have been used in the 50th anniversary box set) but does have great picture and sound. This BestBuy special edition steelbook come with the original advance bullet hole artwork, which is pretty neat and I'm sure will become highly collectable. So grab it while you can.

Daniel Craig, is my 2nd favorite Bond after, Timothy Dalton! I know most peoole would say Sean Connery (Rest In Power) was the best..but Mr Dalton was my first Bind, when he did The Living Daylights! I think its safe to say that The Bond Franchise is the most enjoyable action franchise

The beginning scenes in Mexico were beautifully photographed with the Day of the Dead parade and gorgeous costumes. Then Daniel Craig goes into action chasing a bad guy. Buildings are collapsed, a chase ensues with a helicopter flight. More excitement in this half hour, and this movie has still more chases and disasters. Couldn't resist buying this last Daniel Craig portrayal of Bond.

Spectre was amazing; however, Skyfall was quite EPIC. In Spectre 'twas a treat to see Christoph Waltz as Blofeld & Monica Belluci as a Bond girl. Finally we actually see Blofeld get caught. But, something tells me the head of Spectre will escape & Bond will once again be in pursuit of Blofeld once again. Haha!!! Overall, The Bond franchise has done it again. Get Spectre! Get 'em all.

Loved Skyfall so wanted to see Spectre when launched at the theaters.. If one is a fan of Bond, a must see, Especially liked the dual in the streets of Rome with Bond & Mr Hinx, the films henchman. The references to Bond films of the past added to the films fun pace and story development. The movies interplay between Bond and M, Q, and Ms Seydoux are well worth the purchase! Less so with Waltz ....expected more from Blofeld!

I liked this movie when I got it in blu-ray and when I saw on sale for ten dollars in 4k I got it I am slowing upgrading all my James Bond movies to 4k even though I already have all of them in blu-ray. The picture quality is great in 4k and if you are a JB fan you should get it.

I loved this movie, Daniel Craig makes a great James Bond. The cast and story were great. I must admit I loved Skyfall more probably due to the fact so many other great characters and actors were introduced. It is rumored that Spectre is Craig's last bond film. That may be why I did not love this one as much as Skyfall but nontheless an awesome film. I do hope Craig does a few more.

I've had my laptop for three weeks now and I've had no issues. -It runs smooth. -Slim enough where it doesn't take up much space when traveling. -Big enough for me to work on, I wouldn't go any smaller if you use multiple windows or if you have big hands -Start up is instantanious and the fingerprint scanner is a nice touch. -Tablet mode is pretty slick too, nice hinge system.

In what is not as great a film as Skyfall, SPECTRE does finally bring back the greatest nemesis of James Bond in Blowfeld. This action packed film was an enjoyment for my wife and I when we saw it opening weekend last year. While I hope it's not his final stint as Bond, all evidence points to the contrary and we will have this as Daniel Craig's curtain call. Definitely the best bond portrayal next to Sean Connery.

The Bond franchise had been running strong for over 50 years and the darker storyline with Daniel Craig has been nonstop action. This movie does not disappoint. Some Bond fans may argue that Craig's Bond lacks the gentlemanly nuances of the old Bond characters, but I feel that this darker version adds entertainment value to anyone looking for a good action flick. If you love destruction and mayhem, this Bond's for you.

I personally did not like this film the first time that I saw it, sometimes that happens with me. Especially since it followed the brilliant Skyfall. I felt it lacked something but couldn't peg what exactly. However I did buy it being a fan of the franchise, I have watched it several times since, and my mind has officially changed. I look forward to the next installment.

I have to say that for me this was a great follow up to Skyfall. Plenty of action in the traditional Bond style, the best opening sequence ever for a Bond movie and the opening credits sequence are amazing. Add the lush Thomas Newman orchestral score and even though there are haters over the Sam Smith theme song for me it was a real throwback to the older theme songs. Love It.

Over my life time, I have seen every James Bond in the theater as it was released. I was unable to for Spectre. So this was a must buy for me. The steel book case was a valuable additive and the film was simply spectacular. The bonus features were amazing and the movie itself left nothing to desire. Bond at his best. I've watched it 3 times already, and will continue to do so.
