    Good For Bond Fans

SPOILERS AHEAD: I'm happy that the Bond Universe has begun to expand with Moneypenny, Q & a new (albeit less dynamic) M. The opening song made me want to rip out my eardrums. Sam Smith's lyrics sound like the diary entry of a 14 year old who had their first break-up. Even Smith has admitted his dislike of singing the song. The opening scene was fantastic and is as memorable as Brosnan's first outing as Bond in 1995's "GoldenEye". Christoph Waltz is perfect as the main villain and Dave Bautista as one of his henchmen harkens back to the larger than life baddies of Oddjob and Jaws. "SPECTRE" had a lot to live up to after "Skyfall" and for me, it fell short. Craig was good as Bond but he seems to be getting board with the role. I hope the studio gives him another shot on going out on top with a film like "Casino Royal" or "Skyfall". The reason I marked it as recommending it to a friend is only if that friend collects the films like I do.

Spectre, the latest in the Bond franchise, hits it hard from the opening and keeps up the pace to the end. I like the direction that's been taken in the franchise with the new characters and the more human Bond. Look forward to the next chapter. Bond has been a constant in my life since the 1960s and it satisfies to this day.

Fun action, sleek car chase but story and end ok

A fun action movie with typical james bond action. Daniel craig is great as james bond but hearing that this maybe his last movie is kind of sad. The car chase was great and the action was cool. I thought the villain seemed ok but the final ending I thought was weak. the blu ray looked great and the sound was on par. I liked the steelbook, simple but effective.

I purchased Spectre in Blu Ray format from Best Buy, Spectre was the only remaining James Bond film that I didn't have in my collection. Fortunately, Best Buy had it available for a great price. They shipped it immediately. I'm very pleased with Best Buy

Very good BluRay HD with quality special features... Bought it to keep my 007 Collection current, but enjoyed seeing it once again. Craig again gives a real fine portrayal of James Bond -- I wasn't thrilled with him when the franchise was rebooted... but he won me over pretty quickly -- Any true fan of 007 James Bond movies will want this Edition.

If you're a fan of the Bond franchise, and particularly the Daniel Craig ones, you should enjoy this latest installment. Spectre continues to expand the storyline that was begun in Casino Royale, along with delving deeper into James' past and childhood. Spectre isn't as action-packed as some past Bond films, but the story and the quality acting make up for it.

    Solid Bond with decent steelbook

While this Bond doesn't quite live up to the earlier Craig movies, it is still a fun romp through exotic locales and the other usual trappings of a 007 film. The steelbook is a little plain for my taste, especially after some previous Bonds received steelbooks featuring art inspired by the opening credit sequences, but the debossed bullet hole is a neat touch.

A bit darker than the previous Craig movies, and probably number 3 in terms of a good Bond movie; Casino Royale number 1, and Skyfall number 2. Lots of story questions from previous Craig movies explained in this one. Lots of product placement of course. I bought a limited edition Omega Spectre watch, but it doesn't explode!

I picked this up as a blind buy since I missed it in the theatres. Craig's progression through the series has gotten better each movie. Highly entertaining movie. It's too bad he's considering hanging up this role as this could be just the start of Spectre as a continuous storyline. Oh yeah, the steelbook is a nice addition.

Bond receives a cryptic message by M from beyond the grave to go on a new mission that uncovers a sinister organization. This organization is behind many terrorists acts across the globe and has ties to Bond's past nemeses. They have set their sights on global domination by playing into national security fears and Bond must find a way to stop them.

Great combination of a Best Buy exclusive Steelbook and another Daniel Craig James Bond movie. The steelbook is another addition to my collection that will look great on the shelf. I liked the minimal design and layout. The movie was also another great addition to the Daniel Craig as James Bond series. Highly recommended.

The settings, the story, the set piecess, and the Bond girls are all top notch. The only real problem with this film is it falls back too heavily on nostalgia (too many Easter eggs from past Bond films). For completionists, it is an essential own. For casual viewers, each according to their tastes. For new Bond film viewers, go buy Casino Royale, of Dr. No.

Bond:Spectre is a good movie that just lacked the focus it need to be a really strong movie. Skyfall was nearly impossible to follow up but Spectre didn't really do a great job of managing to an action or a character focus. To me I felt this movie was more of a set up to Daniel Craig's final Bond film. Still worth watching but not over and over like Skyfall.

This movie is nonstop action from beginning to end. One of the most impressive stunt at the beginning which looks like it was shot without any editing in one take. It's fun to watch Bond saving the day and overpowering the villain at the end. Long live 007. No doubt there will be another Bond film after watching this one.

I really enjoyed this movie. I think it had a pretty good plot as it kind of ties all of Daniel Craigs bonds together. There was a lot of action. I think Daniel did a pretty good job in this movie and if this is indeed his last bond movie it was a good send off for him. If you enjoyed any of Daniel craigs previous bond movie you will enjoy this one as well.

This is the 4th Bond movie featuring Daniel Craig as the title character and is probably the last. The character this time around feels a bit different than in previous films almost as if Craig wanted to be done with this character and wanted to put a bow on his time as James Bond. Overall the film was good entry in the series but far from one of the best.

I did like this Bond movie, but it isn't quite as good as Skyfall. The action is good, the plot is decent, and the locales are, as always stunning. I'm just a bit underwhelmed by Christoph Waltz. He just doesn't seem quite as menacing as he has been in other movies, like Inglourious Bs, where he really was brilliant. The film looks great on Blu ray though.

This movie is excellent. It tells the story of SPECTRE from the beginning with some surprises. Exciting, action packed, and typical Bond, James Bond. This is short and sweet but what can i say. Daniel Craig did a wonderful job of acting as far as i am concerned. Watch it is my final comment. You will not be disappointed.

Daniel Craig is my favorite James Bond. He shows more emotion than any of the past Bonds. The story itself is a fun, although dark journey. There are the usual parts of all Bond movies: gorgeous scenery, beautiful girls, fantastic gadgets as well as super car chases. I really enjoyed watching "Spectre" and you will too.
