It does help that Daniel Craig is a favorite of mine. He does what he does well, play a great James Bond. They did well with the story line. Worth watching if you are a James Bond Fan.

Best Buy was perfect in their service. The Bond movie was certainly not as fresh as previous Bonds but it is still worth having. Danial Craig as Bond is in my opinion one of the best. Right up there with Sean.

Another classic Bond film with Daniel Craig. We’re going to miss him but excitement is building for the future too.

I bought this movie because I have all of the "newer" 007 movies and really liked them. I love how this movie ties the previous movies together and the picture and sound are superb.

So I think that the Daniel Craig Bond movies have steadily gone down since his first one. This movie was actually pretty good. Still not as good as the Sean Connery Movies though!

A slight return to a more traditional Bond, this was a fun movie which brought back cool cars and gadgets. And it fits in my Ultimate Bond collection box set, so it makes a great completion to the set.

The special effects are astounding, especially the plane sequence. You find yourself waiting for the fight between the bad guys and Bond getting out of the most dangerous predicaments.

Movie is very good. Not the best bond offering (Skyfall), but fits great with the storyline and is very entertaining. The critique is the digital copy options. No iTunes availability at all. Meaning - yes, Spectre is on iTunes. Yes, it is 4K on iTunes. But this movie and online code will NOT work with iTunes. It will work with Google play and Vudu. It will not work with Movies Anywhere or iTunes. Even though Disney/ABC/Apple owns them all.

DVD worked fine. My husband still gets all Bond movies, and we have been replacing some of the older ones with DVD's also. Best Buy always has special sales on new CD's and DVD's.

Gift for my brother, he liked it I guess. I haven't seen all of the other movies, but this one was ok i guess (you kinda need to know the plots of the other movies a bit to understand the beginning).

When compared to the far more superior "Casino Royale" and "Skyfall" "Spectre" (which looks to be Daniel Craig's final Bond film) was just an okay film. The story plot was rather bland and the running time was just far too long. I was also not a fan of Sam Smith's opening title song of "Writing on the Wall" either. Moreover, Christoph Waltz (Blofeld) and Monica Bellucci (Lucia) were both horribly underused as well....and the ending was very weak, as it just shows Bond walking away from a battered Blofeld on a bridge (Blofeld is then taken into custody by MI6) and walking off into the sunset with Lea Seydoux's character, Madeleine! On that note, I suppose that the writers just did this in a nod to the previous films, where Blofeld always manages to come back, but still. The fact that Blofeld can also somehow be like Bond's "half brother" in some way was also laughable. Another problem that I had with this film is the rings that all of the villains supposedly wore on their fingers in previous films that ties them to the SPECTRE organization (this includes Le Chiffe, Dominic Greene, Silva, and finally Blofeld). If so, why was this ring, or the SPECTRE organization, not even mentioned in previous films? The scene where Blofeld drills through Bond's head was also pretty unrealistic as well. However, one thing that I was happy to see is how well they managed to tie every previous Craig era film together in the title sequence. I thought that part was very well done, and Mr. Hinx was also a nice tribute to the late Richard Kiel and his classic Bond villain of "Jaws" as well. In summary, if you're a big Bond fan like me, you'll probably be let down. Moreover, recent reports have also confirmed that Daniel Craig recently turned down a $100 million contract for two more Bond films as well, so it will be interesting to see where this treasured film series goes next.

I've been Bond fan for nearly 40 years now, and this is in the top 5 James Bond films of all time for me. Great action, adherence to the Bond tradition, and as usual, Bond is TOO cool!

Although this movie was slow, at times, it still delivered that classic Bond "feel". Probably the weakest of the Daniel Craig era, but if you are a Bond fan, it will still deliver that spy thriller greatness.

Spectre is a movie I'm split on. It has so much good stuff in it but then so much of it just shouts wasted potential. The movie is amazing in it's first act, loses steam in it's second act but then picks up again, and then leads into a flawed and confusing third act that goes into a great finale. Watching Spectre eating fruit salad. You will get piece after piece of fruit you like and then suddenly get something gross, and then get something tasty again. But if your a Bond fanatic, there's no reason to not get this. Also Christoph Waltz and Dave Bautista play the villains. Need I say more?

In my opinion the steel box edition has the best art out of all the bundles that were released for the movie. It cane with just the Blu-ray so you don't mess around with a second copy. Movie itself is a trip!

the bond theme has been typical and visionary style of daniel craig's version has been interesting. But if he does another movie, it will be tough to figure out the twist/plot to avoid the cookie cutter feel.

The movie was solid with excitement, but lacked an element to keep me awake. Perhaps it was Waltz that was not good, but tying all of Craig's previous movies into one Spectre was cliche at best.

While not as riveting as the previous installment, Skyfall, this was a solid entry in the 007 canon. Had a closer feel to the old school Bond movies than the other Daniel Craig films. Definitely recommended.
