This is a good movie, but multiple times I could see continuation errors that did not make sense. Had the directors paid closer attention to this, could have been a 4 star.

My Ultimate Favorite movie that is tense, energetic, suspenseful and glued to your seat movie!! Always love a good Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves movie as well as some of my other favorite actors! Also, one of the Best Music Scores in a film

Keanu Reeves is at his all time best as a down on his luck cop just looking to stop some crime and keep his neighborhood safe from the injustice of Dennis Hopper’s ugly hand explodey man.

This is one of those rare action/suspense movies that will far surpass your expectations. You will be on the edge of your seat a lot because the suspense build up is done that well. The cast is what impressed me the most. I knew what to expect with the Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves pairing, but the supporting characters were a surprise as they were outstanding. Jeff Daniels is always wonderful on screen. Dennis Hopper was great as the lunatic holding them hostage

Still holds up very well after all these years. Exciting and true characters to believe in. Fun action picture done just right. Little disappointed that the Blu-ray doesn't come with all the special features that the special edition DVD came with. But still a great ride and Sandra was never prettier.

Interesting cast of three actors later to be famous for bigger and better projects - Dennis Hopper, Keanu Reeves, and Sandra Bullock. Intense, fast-paced movie with nice twist on the bad guys motives. One star removed for too much unnecessary language (hence the R rating). Not recommended for children, but for adults, an interesting movie, and a nice look at some of Sandra Bullock's early work.

I know for some Speed hasn't aged all that well, but I always seem to watch this movie with a sense of wonder, at how truly thrilling an action movie can be! I wish I had been old enough to see this one in theaters, because I'm sure it'd be as close to being on a roller coaster as a movie can get.

Such a great, classic movie. Keanu is a babe and Jeff Daniels performs great as usual. Disk worked perfectly and came relatively quickly considering how backed up mail services are these days.

If you haven't seen "Speed", it makes for a good ride. Picture quality of this BD is more than fine; but my purpose for this purchase had to do with "Speed" winning an Oscar for its Sound Design. And it's win does not go unwarranted, years after the fact. In love with the film as a whole? Then don't hesitate. No regrets, here.

One of the best pursuit movies ever made. Speed is a rarity, a film with no fluff or filler, just tension, action, and more thrills. Keanu Reeves gives a great performance. Dennis Hopper is delightfully evil. Recommended.

Its been so long since i watched this..its packed with so much action and so much keanu...both are great. Best buy had just what i was looking for at a price cheaper than my usual shopping hole (amazon)

Classic movie bought to replace my dvd still good movie

This still holds up well after many years. A rare film of this genre that has risen to the 90's action top. Great Blu-ray transfer and features make for a great package with a cheap price. Highly recommended.

You have a great story well written characters a very good villain Dennis hopper really shines here all the actors are top notch such a classic movie

Speed is one of my favorite action films. It is a non-stop thrill ride. I feel it has aged well. My big issue with the Blu-ray is not all the special features from the 2 disc special edition DVD are on the this disc. Still a worthy upgrade for the picture and price.

Drama, suspense, comedy and action, lots of action. This is what this movie is and then some. Sandra Bullock really shines and you could tell this girl was heading places with great comedic timing and Keanu consolidates himself as a great action star. Dennis Hopper gets extra points as the baddie as well.

Always enjoys movies with a action. 1st time seeing Sandra Bullock with Keanu Reeves and very good chemistry. The audio excellent and video good. I would recommend to friends this movie. Try stopping a bus.

Keanu at his finest. Edge of your seat thriller throughout. Dennis Hopper’s character is insane.

One of the funnest movies and I think Keanu's second best only after The Matrix! Decent blu ray transfer. Could use a remaster. Awesome to watch again almost new on blu ray.
