First off, I absolutely loved this film. Such a fun movie and perfectly casted, acted, and directed. I can't wait to watch this movie over and over again. However, I preordered this steelbook before the official photos were released and honestly, this is one of the worst looking steelbooks ever. The back looks better than the front, and the inside is a little lackluster. I feel like the standard 4K slipcover design would have lended itself better to a steelbook case. So much potential for a cool case but ultimately a bit of a let down.

as a collector of steelbooks, i can honestly say this cover is beyond impressive. Well worth it for such an amazing movie. Ofcourse i'm not going to open mine, it stays factory sealed. I'll buy a regular blu-ray if i ever want to rewatch the movie.

Again my reviews are usually based on the artwork. The movie was great in my opinion. The artwork is cool, but not great. I would've preferred something more eye catching. Like the artwork I'm going to post for this. I might get it from Zavvi. But I did order some magnets and a different slipcover with these images.

Tom is the perfect spiderman. This is a strong sequel for the character that we've seen on the big screen. I seen this in IMAX and it didn't disappoint and is a must watch for a Superhero fan.

I only bought this because it's just $5 more than the regular 4K Blu-ray. The movie was very good, but this design is atrocious. It's surprising how terrible this cluttered art is compared to the Ryan Meinerding's Homecoming art.

After Endgame, I wondered what could be next and this movie definitely didn't disappoint! I love superhero movies that, even though they're still fantastical and obviously fictitious, explain themselves and aren't so fantastical that they're completely unbelievable. This one fit that bill to a "T". At first I wasn't sure about Mysterio and I knew that there had to be a catch and when he showed his true colors it made me like him a lot! I have to admit: I LOVE Jake Gyllenhaal and Tom Holland and I'd probably watch them in anything at least once, but I'm so glad I've purchased this and will definitely watch it again and again! Another thing: I'm pleasantly surprised by Zendaya's character development and acting chops! She's not a damsel in distress like Kirsten Dunst was in the last Spider-Man trilogy (sorry, didn't even bother with the last set made with Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone) and the relationship between her and Tom Holland seems plausible and like a match made in reality, but not "in heaven" (i.e. perfect and squeaky clean). Gah. Just watch this movie. You won't be sorry!

You may never have a vacation quite like Peter Parker does in this movie, but his latest outing as Spider-Man is well worth the price of admission. Here, Parker is suffering a little under the weight of being seen as Tony Stark's superhero successor, and even he isn't sure he can handle the task--until the revelations of the mysterious "Mysterio", one Quentin Beck, force him to take action. It's a rollicking ride across Europe as Spider-Man races to separate fact from fiction, and save his friends (and the rest of the world) from potential destruction, and the epilogue and subsequent coda serve as a one-two punch that will have you thirsting for more. It's a great movie, but apart from from the fact that it isn't available in 3D (which was how I saw it in theaters), the only issue I had with the disc is that it tried to play everything--including all the bonus material right after the movie, without sending me back to the main menu first. But that's a minor issue compared with the actual content, which includes a short feature with scenes from the original TV ads, that serves to enhance the overall package. This is one vacation trip you'll want to take.

It must be said that this is the film that finally sees Peter Parker/ Spider-Man set himself apart from Iron Man and take some responsibility. I’m glad Sony and Marvel worked out another deal, because this movie would’ve become pointless otherwise. There is great humor, loads of entertaining characters in a class trip setting, and Peter must balance his superhero life with his class trip/ love life. It felt like watching an episode of Spectacular Spider-Man. All I will say about Mysterio is that they nailed his visual illusions so well. If you like Spider-Man, this is for you!

Without spoiling anything, the film is tremendously good. It’s entrenched in the mythos of the MCU and all the better for it. Not quite what I’d expected but so much better than I’d imagined. The Bonus Features are better than average for an MCU film. Most of Marvel’s recent home releases feel like a perfunctory effort in this regard. Here, there are nine featurettes that are lengthy enough to constitute a healthy behind the scenes look at Far From Home and it doesn’t stop there. There’s a gag reel, deleted scenes, Previz comparison sequences, Easter egg promo, a short film, and more. I would’ve enjoyed a couple commentary tracks, especially one that brought together the younger cast members to recount their experiences. I’m happy with what we got but that would’ve made me a bit happier.

The upshot of Avengers: Endgame was a world in which many people jumped forward in time five years without realizing it, while others experienced the same five years with a sense of profound loss and then dealt with the sudden reappearance of friends, loved ones, and the other half of humanity (not to mention various and sundry alien acquaintances). Peter Parker was among the many who were snapped back, and he must adjust to a life without his mentor Tony Stark where he must bear greater responsibility than a teen should have to face. Yet face it he does in a European vacation with his schoolmates and the mysterious Mysterio. Is anything as it appears to be? Are your Spidey-senses a' tingle? They should be . . .

Spider-Man Far From Home is the post-Avengers End Game sequel that continues the story line of what happens now that Iron man is gone. Being a teenager, Peter Parker wants adventure and the girl of his dreams, but chaos always seems to be around from world dominating villains, who are also always in the bullseye of Nick Fury. While on his class field trip across the Atlantic, Peter realizes that he should have packed his Spider-Man suit. Although his aunt does pack it for him, he is in need of better suits and equipment as he comes into contact with the strangest enemy he has ever encountered. Look for the surprise ending.
