For the price this phone cannot be beat. Anything in the sub-$150 used market is at least 2 years old, and anything newer is lower specc'd than this little guy here. I got this for my Dad who needed a phone to use on the road, he loves it. Good battery, decent camera, and THE PRICE.

bought this phone after canceling contract with sprint. The battery is great keeps a charge most of the day. That is the main reason I wanted this phone. Its lightweight not as heavy as my LG, but it needs a case to protect it. All in all its perfect for everyday use.

I was looking for an inexpensive phone for my wife. It was either this one or a Moto E. While the Moto E was cheaper, this Samsung Galaxy Core Prime has a replaceable battery. Plus the Samsung interface was a little more familiar since other family members have Samsung devices. I will mention that the screen is not as smooth as more expensive phones. And it only runs Android 4.4. But for our purposes, it works just fine.

I got this phone for my daughter because her phone was going bad. The phone works great! She absolutely loves it! The phone looks better than my Samsung s4! I loved the fact that there is no contract. The calls are clear and it works grest. My daughter loves the fact she has more room on her phone due to the mini sd card slot. This allows her to put more music and allows her to take more pictures. We are very happy with this phone and would definitely recommend this phone to anyone! You can't beat it for the price and not to mention you you get LTE spark too? This was a no brainer...

I bought this phone a little over a month ago and i love it! Easy to use, i accidentally dropped it twice already and it didn't break! Great phone, great price.

Even though the Sprint map showed good coverage this area, it was very poor. No service in house, had to stand in just the right part of the yard to get it to work. If I took it for a ride, I'd get a mile away and it beeped 3 times, telling me I was "roaming". Also, the phone didn't have a magnetometer, which I want for a particular app. I thought all the better phones had it, but no. Fortunately, Best Buy took the phone back, no problem

It's an excellent phone. Fast with a long battery life.

A little backstory first. I had gotten the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 when it came out and soon after the return period ended, the screen broke and nothing would work on it. The main purpose of buying this specific phone was to have a phone with the product brand that I trusted, Samsung, that was going to be using the same processes that i was familiar with and be somewhat on the same level performance wise. Unfortunately, I thats as far as the story goes. When I tried to activate it, Sprint didnt recognize the IMEI number and after many attempts, I threw in the towel. Sucks cause I was unable to get back the $5 promo certificate that I used for part of the purchase. Not sure if it was the device itself that malfunctioned or the new associate so I am not going to speak badly about either. I gave it 3 stars because I do not have a doubt in my mind that whatever the reason, this was an isolated event.

This phone from sprint prepaid is an excellent buy. I am very satisfied with its features. It is fast and easy to use. Only complaint is the volume of the speaker.. not loud enough.

Great phone . Has a very clear screen with sharp pixels . Very easy to use . Camera has great capabilities and sharpness . Have used sprint before and always had good service

Average performance. No 5GHz WIFI. Screen and battery life is worse than LG Volt.

Got my teen this phone for her first phone. ..its was easy to learn ...had all the apps.

I like all the features on the phone. Good phone ...easy to use. Camera could be better and resolution on incoming pics could be better.

Good phone overall. Easy to navigate, size is good. Camera quality isn't that good. Depends on your needs. This one was a parent that really doesn't use all the apps. Would recommend for a basic smartphone.

The galaxy prime is a good phone for the price. I would recommend it .
