    Got this at a steep discount around thanksgiving and it turned out better than I hoped. What's not to love? Can't say the same about the carrier I used though.

    I had very poor data connection when using this phone with Sprint prepaid service. Since its locked with Sprint i cant blame which is causing the poor service. So i had returned.

    This is the worst prepaid phone i have purchased, its too late to get a refund tho. For one, it isnt that customizable, 2 the call quality is horrible and almost 3 out of 8 gbs of storage are used up to operate the phone system. I get no coverage anywere for apps if im not on wifi

    I bought this device with hope that I can use it for my reingplus.net account also on Sprint network . However, it is not that simple by inserting the SIM card and you go . Therefore, I have no other choice but return to Best Buy for another product.
