Worked great... Once
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would like to give this product another chance, but Best Buy fails and will not return the product or, apparently, let me order a new one. This thing worked great the first time, but showed no indication (light) that it was working. Second time, BAM! Nothing. I tried to return it but customer service gave me the run around (I'm within return policy) but then I just tried to order another and deal with the store directly on return and apparently I can't order a new one. I tried 6 different skus... I can't order ANY AT ALL?!?! Says all are sold out due to high demand... REALLY?? All 6 different brands/skus/models? Do you have rice cookers in stock Best Buy?? Really unhappy and disappointed customer
