Picked it up at the store after about a 30 minute wait for it to be located. Had the contractors install it and come to find out it leaks form the bottom. Now I have to pay to get it uninstalled and exchange it.

This was an in-store pick up. The machine arrived wet inside and broken. The bottom looked like it had been smashed and there were loose parts everywhere. I think this brand is really cheap too. The parts inside seemed really cheaply made. Not worth it.

The thing runs for 4 hours. It has now stopped working entirely.

Absolute dud! I've installed several dishwashers in previous homes. Not a big deal. This one worked fine for what it was but only lasted about 5 - 6 weeks. It quit in the middle of a load! SPT customer service has been friendly so far but wants to send me a new main board with instructions for me to install it myself. Probably not hard as I am fairly handy but their warranty says that it will be voided if it is "repaired by an unauthorized person." Sounds very fishy to me! Lets see how many rounds this takes to resolve. Not at all pleased. Best Buy should probably do a better job of vetting their products.

Bought this unit while I was remodeling my kitchen and after installation it worked great for a little over THREE WEEKS. Contacted the company and they sent me a new main board, I installed it (I am more than capable) It still didn't power on so I called them back and they tried to convince me it was not properly installed well these are not hard to install (you connect black to black, whit to white and ground to ground) but I rechecked my connection and it is hot. To make a long story short the company will do whatever it can to avoid standing behind their product, got the manager on the line and they "will stand behind it as long as I pay to ship it back" which they already have a contract with UPS and it costs $95.oo!!! NO Thank you so when you ship it back and it breaks again then what?? BUYER BEWEAR
