Easy to set up. Cools down my room instantly. Love it!

It was very easy to install. And it is very cold. I am really happy with it.

my window crank outward so I had to use plywood to replace screen, and cut hole for exhaust.and I also built a small platform 10 inches high so that I could cut a small hole that would drain downward out .so far it's doing a good job.........

i Have a two story house near Modesto super hot too expensive to run the air for just 2. This air conditioner keeps my bedroom like an igloo great price great value. My bedroom is the master suite super huge and I love it it cools the room down quickly and keeps it cool 24\7

We have AC that was added after our house was built and cools upstairs better than down. This unit helps keep the entire house comfortable when it is hot outside. Great purchase. It is noisy, which is why I give 4 stars instead if 5

bought this unit to supplement the AC in the kitchen area (hottest part of the house, especially while cooking). This unit does exactly what it's supposed to. I would gladly purchase again if the need ever presented itself.

My only "complaint" would be that I had NO a/c experience whatsoever going in so I wish the instructions were more detailed. And it's a little loud, but I believe it's quieter than a window unit. I'm very happy I bought it!

This unit does a good job in keeping a small area cold. The only drawback is that it is very loud, that is the reason for 4 not 5 stars. I have tried different settings and haven't found the perfect one yet. I will keep trying.

I held off reviewing this product until I had used it enough times to feel comfortable recommending it. This portable a.c. works great and really cools our 1 bedroom apartment with ease. Living in the Bay Area, we don’t have to use it much, but when we do it works as good as we had hoped. Highly recommend this product.

Pretty good looking portable ac. Although it's rated 14,000 btu it still can't compare to a window unit with the same btu on cooling power. It is noticeably more quiet than window units. All in all not bad on cooling power but i wouldnt say this is good for 700 sqft, more like up to 500 sq ft is where it's happiest.

Got this unit for my husband to use in the garage. It works well and does not break the bank on electric bill. Gets pretty hot where we live and this makes being in the garage much more comfortable.

Purchased this to take the edge off in our two story home on those few days each year that it heats up in the SF Bay area. Won't cool us down to lower 70's but works great in keeping the whole house in the mid 70's instead of the mid to upper 80's.

This A/C is power enough to cool down my whole living room in the summer days, even though it make some noise when is on, but I guess all the ac make noise when is on.

I'm pretty satisfied with this a/c. Cools my 700 sqft area and gets out the humidity well also. I like that I can keep my screens in while using the unit and can remove the hose quickly to close and lock the window for security.

I do like this cooking unit and it definitely is capable of cooling large spaces, but the craftsmanship of the aesthetics isn't great. We bought 4 because our upstairs and downstairs units for our central air went out this summer and weren't ready for that expense. So next best thing was this. Its capable of "cooling" a 700sqft area but only to an extent of the outside temp is in the upper 80s or higher. I'm ok with that but the fact that the stickers that go over the display on 3/4 units were messed up is upsetting plus the exhaust vent isn't very sealed, which means hot air does come back inside to the room you are cooling. These definitely weren't cheap and for the price I had hoped for better. I would technically give this a 3.5 star rating but it's not an option. I'd recommend still but let someone know that caveats.

Works great for keeping our bedroom cool at night, i think it would be powerful enough to to cool off the rest of upstairs if we needed to. Is a very good dehumidifier too, we have to empty the bucket we have it drained into after every use! (It's very humid here.)

This AC unit cools my living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway in about 15 minutes when it's very hot outside. There is a timer so you can have it turn on before you get home and turn off when ever needed. Remote works great. I love this unit!
