Does not work

I returned it , got another one and the same thing is happening. Very slow when putting in the password - then suddenly they all turn up. No one at Square was able to help.

Great for small businesses

We have had Square in our Gallery for a few years now with an iPad based interface, I recently purchased this interface and wow what a great addition. I highly recommend it ro any small business.

ITS BEAUTIFUL and easy to use. Wish I could keep it but my business is going down due to COVID, so had to return it.

Now we have to swipe the card and customers cannot use the chip.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As seen in the photo they have of Advertising it seems that everything is wi-fi but not the small tablet is wired and the cable is very short, the ideal would be that the tablet that takes off from the register was wi-fi so that the customer can sign in the comfort of their seat

Posted .Hey, Josep! Thank you for taking time to leave a review and share your thoughts. Allowing the customer display to have wifi is a feature request that we are tracking. For now, the customer display is meant to only be a credit card reader and is intended to be directly connected to the Square Register for payments.
