Cheap, still not worth the price

The meat grinder works great... for grinding meat. It's an awful sausage stuffer, though. Honestly, save your ten bucks and put it towards a dedicated sausage stuffer. This thing is way more trouble than its worth.

Not for Summer Sausage

The largest tube in this kit leaves air pockets in your sausage which is horrible. If you think you can make due, you will be disappointed. By the way, Kitchenaid has told me they couldn't care less about whether or not you want to make summer sausage.
