We originally saw parts of this on PBS and then I found this at Best Buy. It tells so much about Motown and Barry Gordy and Hitsville USA. After watching it we could hardly wait to drive to Detroit, Michigan and see it for ourselves...amazing .

Better than I expected

This was a present to my dad for his birthday. It unexpectedly was delivered while my parents were over visiting and eating dinner, so we popped it in the DVD player and watched about 45 minutes of it. My dad is a huge fan of the Woodstock concert and music. He enjoyed watching the guys on the Motown dvd and how the guys got together to create some of the greatest music of that decade. Even I enjoyed it and I was an eighties child but remember all the old hits and how even now they are still being sung and appreciated. It wasn't boring or hard to sit through and watch but entertaining and enlightening.
