Even though these new Star Treks are a bit more action oriented I loved the retelling of an old plot line. Great movie if you can keep an open mind if you're a fan of the old Star Trek.

This is one of the great Star Trek movies out there. There's intense action, great acting, and the special effects got an Academy Award Nomination for Best Visual Effects. If you're a die-hard Star Trek fan, you shouldn't pass this up.

Purchased this as a gift for my mother in law and she is very happy with it. The digital copy is the main reason I chose this version, since she (and I) continues to build her digital library. I'm not sure if she's even used the disc at all, but as I said, she's very happy with this gift, so there ya go!

Sequels are usually not so great but I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Watching it at home, on Blu-ray, with subtitles and surround sound made it very enjoyable for our family. I felt like the script was well written, all returning characters flowed in their roles, and the director, JJ Abrams, delivered as dynamic a movie as "Star Trek" (2009).

this was a triple pack blue ray,dvd,digital in 1case it is very convenient I have been a star trek fan from the very beginning and I think that the reimagining was dne very well I am looking forward to further adventure w/ our new crew

I am a trekkie from way back. I love almost all of the Star Trek films. These latest films with Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto have been a nice surprise as well. I recommend them to everybody who likes Star Trek in any of its iterations.

What another action-packed star trek movie! Just as good as the first reboot. I'm glad i hit it on blu ray to add to my collection.

This new franchise keeps providing great entertainment. This is first reboot movie that isn't based on plot lines from the original series. Highly entertaining even though most of the action isn't in space.

What to say about Into Darkness? Was it a perfect film? No. But I had a fun time watching and rewatching. This movie did have its predictable moments, but it's so darn beautiful to watch! Plus, for $17.99 Blu-Ray combo pack, this is a steal! Thank you Best Buy.

I really liked this movie!! It''s a great follow up to the first movie. It's great to see classic characters in a new light with slightly different "Versions" as they are in an alternate time line. It's a fun spin around the universe.. Come along for the ride

Loved it; loved the first in the reboot. Will definitely be more in the series with probably a box set somewhere down the road, which may or may not be worth it, but these are good enough to buy them one-by-one for now :)

I thought the original Trek 2 with Nimoy/Khan was the best and I think this so far is the best in the new series..I believe this sent Cumberbachs carer on a whirl..........gotta have this one...........

I know a lot of die-hard Star Trek fans don't like the new movies, but they are great because people who loved the old movies and series can watch them with people who have never seen Star Trek. Plus, they are just good movies!

Great sequel and great movie. Re-watched Wrath of Khan after this, and I didn't realize how much more slowly paced it was compared to the newer movies. Blu Ray was good quality, and the extras were nice. Good price too.

The Star Trek journey continues. I'm glad that the series lives on. The plot, a story of courage, doubt, etc embodies some of the underlying qualities of what Star Trek represents. The actors, although younger than in most Start Trek movies, does an excellent job on the storyline. This is a definite see for Star Trek fans.

This move takes it up another notch. Much fun to watch. This move picks up where the first one left off. I especially liked the Blu-ray and DVD combo pack because we do not have a Blu-ray player yet but hope to get one soon.

This is by far my favorite of the 3 latest Star Trek movies. This movie has excellent dialogue, the characters I feel are at the strongest, and the story is pretty darn good. I completely recommend.

This movie gets two ratings: 3 stars for original series fans; 5 stars for those looking strictly for a daring adventure film rich in amazing special effects. The film is a prequel to the original series. The main characters are quite different, not yet seasoned Star Fleet officers nor united in their efforts, and, the villain Kahn is old news. As pure adventure the film is thrilling. Indeed, the Bonus features on the disc focuses almost exclusively on the creation of the special effects and the costumes, not the plot or the characters. In the end, for big fans of the original series, having a Star Trek movie is better than none at all.

I saw this film in theaters and knew I would like to own the blu-ray. The blu-ray does not disappoint. A crisp picture, perfect sound, all encompassed by a great plot, a gorgeous cast, and tons of action. Worth every penny.

I've been a Trek fan since the beginning and love how the stories and characters keep evolving with the times. Also, the tech and special effects just keeps getting better and better. Great stuff!
