JJ Abrams does an excellent job of staying true to the original TV series as well as the movies. Fans will not be disappointed and will notice his great attention to detail that only die hard fans will notice.

JJ Abrahms and company did an outstanding job with this movie. This isn't a remake of any of the other old Star Trek movies but a change in the storyline and a must see. The audience will not be disappointed.

This is a remake of Wraith of Khan , which was a cut above a lot of the Star Trek movies released with the original cast. This version is well done with an improvement in all areas of filmmaking .

This motion picture was worth the buy!!!! Since its still fairly new the price was legitimate I believe. I just wish they had the special features on it. Overall I thought it was a good buy.

Great story intro in the Star Trek crew meeting with Khan. Kind of quirky because in the TV show - Space Seed - the older crew meets Khan for the first time ... again (?)

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my little brother. He loved his gift and we've watched it as a family many times since then. I also liked that there was a digital copy at a good price!

We really liked this. There was plenty of action with good production values and a cast that made you believe they were younger versions of the old Star Trek crew. Worth seeing.

The movie was fine, but mostly unnecessary. Classic sequel trying to raise the stakes, but unable to do so as effectively as they hoped. If you enjoyed the first one, you will probably enjoy this as well.

This movie has some great moments which are very memorable. This is basically a remake that is in some ways superior to the original. Other times, it is not. But, overall, definitely worth your while.

Great exciting adventure and you can easily see their older selves in these actors. It is very believable that they will become the Kirk and Spock we know. Very well done.

The last J.J. Adams Star Trek film got my attention, but I think it's time to introduce some new characters and storylines that aren't recycled from the original TV series and prior film franchise.

Though I can understand why some fans had a problem with this tinkering with the classic Khan, they need to remember this is a different reality in a new timeline, and enjoy it for what it is . . . a movie. Duh!

My family and I loved this movie. Loved the plot. I did not quite get the love interest of Spock,but it was interesting. It made me want to re watch the other star trek movies again.

This is a great sequel to the first one. The plot is great. Chris Pine does even better reprising his role as Captain Kirk. Move over, Shatner, there's a new Captain on the bridge.

I missed seeing this movie when it was being shown in the theaters. The DVD version is an action packed film to watch. But somehow it misses the fun of the original movies with Captain Kirk and Spock.

A wonderful follow up to the spin off of the original Star Trek series. I'd recommend it for any sic-fy fan looking for something adventurous and high quality to watch.

A great movie; really enjoyed how it was continued as a continual plot from the fist movie, but quickly slid in a twist from another star trek movie from the past.

Another movie added to my collection, of Star Trek. Shipping was fast, mailing of DVD was wrapped securely, good price, and would buy other movies again.

Did not know anything before watching this movie and loved that I was surprised by the story line. Kudos to the writers for tying it into the series and previous movie

While it may be far different than earlier installments from the Star Trek series, I found this movie to be a fun Sci-Fi action film that is very enjoyable to watch with a group of friends or family.
