This was made by a small team of former telltale developers and while it has a lot of jank in the visuals and animation, the story, characters, and overall writing are pitch perfect Star Trek. I really hope we get a sequel

Good story arc that you influence by your choices. I’m sure this will be played through several times, I’ll grow a go-t and play it making all the evil choices for the mirror mirror effect.

If you are looking for a canon TNG era episode you can interact with look no further.

Fun story and satisfying Trek

Your choices also affect how the other characters interact with you going forward. Certain cut scenes get very choppy and the animations lag on the Xbox One. Can't speak to performance on Xbox Series X performance. If you are a Star Trek fan you should enjoy this. It comes off as an extended episode of TNG, albeit with new (and some familiar) characters.
