bought this for my boys and it hasn't been played yet.

Not exactly what I expected but it’s an alright game.

I can admit that I fell for the hype of Battlefront II. I'm not proud of it, but hey, it happens, right? It had solid mechanics and some nice fan service, but the solo campaign was boring and I lost interest in the multiplayer after a few days. Oh well.

To me it was a mediocre game, lids tend to love it.

Short Single Player story Multiplayer has flaws...

Game is great, 3 stars for their attempt of greed.

The game takes too long to get actual star wars characters you care about. And most people who play don't even know how to play the different game modes and just go out randomly trying to play the game like its free for all, all the time.

If you have a spare wad of cash to blow that you'd prefer spending on micro transactions rather than things that matter (food, shelter, charity) please indulge in this game

Not bad after all the patches still has issues but for under 10 bucks you could do worse. But I cant imagine this game will hold up for much longer. Will the servers stay up? Space combat is still bad.

I have it for PS4 Pro and the graphics are top notch with the exception of the cut scenes. They are mediocre at best. The sound is also pretty nice and compliments the graphics well. Where I feel this game really stands out is the gameplay. Its surprising to see such great graphics and have the movement be so butter smooth. It seems to run significantly better than Destiny and the gun play, shooting mechanics, and hit boxes are much more impressive in my opinion. The learning curve with using the different weapons is very diverse and takes some practice to get good with each one. The auto aim is subtle when compared to most other console FPS's, which to me is good as I would rather not have any auto aim. The cons for me, aside from some of the cut scenes, are some of the ability's can lead to 1 shot kills which can get annoying. Thankfully it doesn't happen too much and can partly be attributed to my lack of skills dodging. The progression is slower than most other FPS's I have played. I am not really on board with he loot box mechanics or any type of pay to win options. Thankfully that's not an issue, yet. It truly is one of the best, if not The best FPS I have played on console. I highly recommend it if you like skill based FPS's, Super smoother gun play, and outstanding graphics/sound.

This blatantly exploitative game was only changed due to bad press affecting investors. Even with the game TEMPORARILY removing microtransactions, it still falls short. It is riddled with bugs and glitches, has an incomplete story, actively dissuades single player (despite outright lies by EA to the contrary), and has a terrible reward system. The removal of microtransactions brought forward how terrible the underlying system was made (most likely to benefit the microtransaction model) and has not been fixed. Pass on this for a few months at least to see if things get better, or if its a trap.

I only play single player and let me say this was very disappointing the game ran perfectly but the combat and storyline was bad. You can’t carry two guns, reload is bad and AIs are just plain bad

I with this game had the same mechanics as the first, with all the new content. It's a pain. I liked the first one so much better. I think put 300 hours into the first one. I don't like this game.

This Game at full prices forces users to pay for micro transactions!

Another blow to this beloved franchise. Sure! The game is fun to play but the story has been destroyed by the studio. How such great material as the definitive sci-fi franchise can be denatured to this point. Not only it is full of virtue signaling but the story mode is un-engaging, flat and phony. If you own the first game or if you can get the special edition which includes the season pass then it is a way better value for your dollars.

Tried it, didn't like it. Went back to try the game again, and just cannot get in to this game. I would much rather watch the movies than sit through this game.

The multiplayer is great like last year minus all the giant mess with microtransactions. Single player is boring and very limiting.

Not a bad game, seems to be well done. Takes forever to load no matter what screen your trying to get to. Not really for me kinda boring, seems like more of a kids game.

The game is plagued with loot boxes and it's extremely pay to win. Not a good business practice for a full-priced game.
