Loved game, felt like a very refined version from the original battlefront 2. I prefer to play local multiplayer and campaigns which i wish was a little better. In the original they had far more locations. Also would love for it to allow for more people on a map at the same time. But overall still an incredible game, beautiful graphics, just hope for more maps with updates.

Loved the gameplay and the graphics. The only thing that kept me from giving this a 5 star rating was the random progression system. I wish the game had an effort/reward system where you would unlock as you worked your way through the game. But its more random than effort based.

The Campaign mode is really good. The only complaint that I have are the loot boxes or lack thereof. The loot boxes tend to give duplicates a lot and I wish there were different levels of loot boxes, such as basic and rare. Otherwise, this game is pretty cool.

We (my kids and I) are not heavy gamers but love the SW universe and these type of games are great in immersing into it. So far the story is playable (no level so far impossible to pass without spending many hours in the game, which we like), the graphics are impressive and the storyline gives it a much more visible direction. Great game.

I know a lot of people hate on this game, but it’s so much fun! Great graphics, great campaign, and I love they have real classes now. Yes the character progression is completely dumb, and I’m glad the pay to win is gone but it’s really worth playing.

I agree with reviews it’s a money grabber. Although short, the story line mode is good vs not having one at all in SBF1. The great thing is my 5 almost 6 year old can play it. Although battlefront 1 is a bit more kid friendly. Great graphics in 4k

Despite all the negativity surrounding this game, it's still really fun to hop in and play if you are looking for a mindless shooter. Graphics are some of the best I've seen. Loot crates and the progression system still holds it back.

Battlefront II is a major step up compared to the first cause finally there's a campaign! I liked it but ive seen other reviews where they didn't. While on the multiplayer side its really fun especially with a lot of people this game is great especially for star wars fans even non star wars fans will like it!

It’s a good game that could have been better. EA has made a mess of this game but I am still enjoying it so far. I hate micro transactions and I love campaigns that offer single player action. I don’t do the whole on line thing

So far its actually pretty good and improving....since they disabled the purchase of the crates. The upgrade system is a bit cumbersome of course...well...by upgrade system I mostly mean the crate lottery, but the weapons upgrade system is actually decent but based off of the amount you use a class and accomplishment of objectives. This progression is timely and logical. The problem is the grind to that 2nd weapon, which is where you can finally...well actually defeat someone, is a LONGGGG trek. Once you get there, the game is actually fun. When selecting "recommend to a friend" I was wishing for a maybe....just because I would (especially after the last update)...but would do so cautiously as we are unsure what the future holds for lootcrates and PtW.

Star Wars Battlefront II is a good game but not great, yet. The visuals are stunning and you really feel like you are in a Star Wars movie. The time it takes to unlock upgrades and characters can be off-putting and require a commitment. The gameplay itself is good and what you would expect in a first-person shooter that features a healthy dose of online play. The addition of a single player storyline and an arcade mode that lets you get in practice without playing against other players is very welcome. I think that given some time and patching this will be a great game that you can come back to again and again.

First, this game is drop dead gorgeous! Cool single player campaign and fun multiplayer...don't fall into the hate train due to microtransactions...they're not necessary and certainly won't ruin the experience.

There has been a lot of problems listed online associated with loot boxes, however simply playing the story was quite engaging and fun, and the multiplayer has been changed such that there are not the issues that were previously present. Overall, a very enjoyable game.

This star wars battlefront in my opinion had a better campaign than the first one. The storyline tied in with after the death start explodes (Return of the jedi) and plays that empty role in time until it comes and meets the newer star wars (force awakens). It is fairly easy so you may be able to finish the game early. If that is the case they have an arcade mode that you can do solo quest challenges. They do have a new feature which is "cards" where you have to purchase crates to upgrade the characters in the game. If you do not have certain heroes (you are still able to play with them but are limited on their capabilities) unlocked you are not able to upgrade them. You need credits in order to pen crates which is available when you beat the campaign, do solo challenges or online. This is hard to obtain if you are not playing online. Overall really fun game and way better than the first battlefront.

I’m very pleased with it; the campaign and arcade features are very helpful, and the graphics and menus look vibrant and great. Not a single glitch or problem. Well worth it for Star Wars fans.

I was so excited for this title being that I am s huge Star Wars fan. The game looks amazing. The disappointment is their push for micro transactions in the game. The single player is quite fun.

I enjoyed the original Star Wars Battlefront. But felt cheated that EA/Dice did not include a single player campaign but still charged full retail for it. The sequel adds the single player campaign on top of the already cool multiplayer mode. Gameplay is great and I enjoyed the story in the campaign. The only disappointment I have come across is the upgrade system in the multiplayer. I found it cumbersome and hard to follow with collecting parts and trying to “upgrade” and class levels etc. to be quite honest, I’m still not sure I fully grasp it! That being said, this is a fun game and I’m more than glad to recommend it to any Star Wars fan or casual fas as well.

This game is actually really fun. Its beautiful and plays amazing on my 1X. However, the progression system based on loot crates and microtransactions take away from the overall experience.
