What do you need to hear about Star Wars that hasn't been written a hundred times already?. It's a 4k DVD. The movie looks great. Buy this.

Got this on sale and it is so worth getting this in 4K. Love that it comes also with the digital copy as well as blue ray.

The 4K on this is immaculate very clean no grain and the sound and 5.1 is really amazing as well

I've been eying on buying the Skywalker edition but a lot of reviews says it scratches the disc so I opted to buy the separate discs. This original trilogy is the best in the franchise and the rest is... Meh! But since I'm a starwars fan I need to complete the whole franchise. Too bad all of the discs doesn't have any slip cover. The transfer in this trilogy is just ok, not mind blowing. The AQ is great though.

Star wars are very unique movie out there and this version have high quality version you can watch.

I'm a Star Wars Fanatic from the Original Trilogy. The movie was EPIC! BEST of SW movies. Love, romance, action, peril, life lessons, wisdom, amazing dialogue, unpredictable, amazing characters and chemistry. So, many memorable quotes and a cliffhanger ending fraught with surprises, tragedy, pain and peril. It was fun. Disc Quality of Movie is top notch restoration is supreme and at a Black Friday price of $14.99 How can you go wrong?

What can I say...it’s Star Wars and you will enjoy the movie. Wanted the 4K version and the quality is super.

The Empire Strikes Back is by far the best entry in the Star Wars saga, and one of my favorite flicks of all time. This film holds a special place in the Sci-fi universe and my childhood in particular. I would like to give it a perfect score like it deserves, but the 4K transfer is slightly lackluster. Don't get me wrong the 4K image is sharp and detailed but little too desaturated for my taste. I don't remember it looking this devoid of color in the theaters back in the day, but I could be wrong. The sound could use a little boost too. It seems a bit soft. You can barely here the dialogue at times. If you switch the sound from ATMOS to DTS, it actually sounds better. Well, take a look at it. You may or may not like it.

I love the middle Star Wars episodes....4-6. They are my favorites. I have the blu-ray box set of 1-6. I have an OPPO 4K blu-ray which makes blu-ray DVDs look great, so I was anxious to compare the 4K disc to my blu-ray. After watching the 4K edition, I did notice a difference in the visual and I loved the surround sound. I am not a professional reviewer but I totally believe that the 4K DVDs of the movies are worth the investiment.

Star Wars the 4K is awesome !!! The sound effects are amazing with in the film.

I bought this to replace the copy I already had. It broke when it was dropped, which was surprising. Apparently, steelbook does not imply durability.

What a beautiful piece of history , I remember watching this at the Theatres when I was like 10 years old brings back slot of memories , this was remastered in 4K and I got to say that I'm very satisfied with the finished product , with the exception of it not being the original Theatrical cuts , instead we get the same special Editions again , but it is what it is . I would still recommend this to anybtrie Star War Fan.

Upgrading another great movie from Blu-ray to 4K. Picture quality is great!

Just tried to look for a movie to watch for one night and found a whole selection of all the Star Wars films - the picture on this version looks way better than on digital on Disney plus

The package includes both the standard Blu-ray and the UHD Blu-ray. I've only watched the UHD version. If you like the Star Wars series of movies and want to own the best version of them that is currently available then I'd recommend that you purchase this version. I don't believe you'll be disappointed with the video or audio quality. I thought it looked and sounded excellent on my home theater system.

color and detail is so much better in this version. great visuaal upgrade.
