Far superior to the 'clone wars' series, this series has extremely well developed characters that easily fit into the Star Wars cannon. The stories are well written, and there's plenty of action. Good series for kids and adults alike. Season 2 is even better!

Like many Clone Wars fans, I was saddened by the show's cancellation. But then this show was announced I got excited by it. I enjoyed the entire first season of the show, particularly the last few episodes. Currently enjoying where the show is going in the second season.

It was good first season for Disney after trying to compare themselves to Lucasfilm and there successful Clone Wars series of 6 season's which were absolutely great. But for Rebels has its own look and design and cant wait for more Vader in season 2 and possibly beyond.

If you are a true Star Wars fan then this must be added to your collection. Star Wars rebels is set after the end of the clone wars and after order 66 the Jedi order is wiped out except for a few. The series is good and entertaining.

I'll admit I wash;t a fan of the Clone Wars cartoon but Rebels has surprised me and shot past my expectations. The characters are great, the story is engaging and the art is actually pretty nice. It reminded me why I loved Star Wars to begin with

If you're a fan of Star Wars, you HAVE to watch Star Wars Rebels. The show is set right in between episodes 3 and 4 of the films, and really fills in the beginnings of the rebellion. I highly recommend Star Wars Rebels to Star Wars fans of all ages.

For the first time since the original trilogy, star wars feels like star wars. Rebels is the first effort by Disney since it's acquisition of Lucas Film Ltd. and Disney came to play. Young and old, new and existing fans alike will enjoy this show.

This is a great series. Season 1 was a good introduction to these customers, started off a little slow but stick with it because season 2 with Vader is killer! A lot of references to the original trilogy. A must own for all star wars fans.

Star Wars Rebels is a must for any Star Wars fan! The characters are fun and have a lot of story. I won't give away any spoilers, but this is such a great show (even for a 30+ year old). Keep up the good work Star Wars and Disney!

At first I did not think I would enjoy watching Star Wars Rebels but I gave it a chance and love it. The characters grew on me and Dave Filoni has done an awesome job. I wish he was helping with the Star Wars movies.

Rebels season 1 maintains the spectacular run of the clone wars series. Much like that previous series, this one starts out very much with the younger viewer in mind, but then quickly delves more mature themes. Great show.

This show is great. It has the look and feel of the original trilogy. Great characters and great setup for Season 2!! Must watch show for a true Star Wars fan! Bluray has great picture and sound. Looks so much better than the broadcast.

1 of best things to happen to Star Wars in a long time. It's a lot fun and easy to get into. Each episode tells a self contain story( with the exception of the first two episodes) of our heroes leading to the start of the rebellion. The characters are a lot of fun. Great for younger kids and for older fans of the franchise. Only real complaint is that I wish there was more of a story arc, maybe season 2.

It watched Seasons 1 and 2 oh Disney XD, but then lost track with Season 3 when the airtime got changed, so now that I have all three seasons (waiting now for Season 4 to come out), it's great to catch up.

This series starts out very much a kid's series, but it quickly adds maturity as it progresses. This bridge series between the Star Wars prequel trilogy and the original trilogy is a fun addition to the Star Wars cannon.

This is a great show that carries the feeling of the original movies while being its own thing. As a kids show, it doesn't go too far into adult territory and is a safe watch for the Star Wars fan in your family, regardless of age.

If you or your children enjoyed the television show; you will enjoy the first season on Blu-ray. Picture quality on par with the HD broadcast (if you have Disney XD HD). Worth the current price; even better if you find it on sale.

I love the Star Wars Rebels series. I have to admit I had a hard time getting through the cheap animation technique. But to be honest, I don't even see the animation anymore. The DVD was perfect as usual and the product perfect.

Next to Star Wars The Clone Wars this is the next Best Thing! If You Only Like Star Wars or not, This is A great Watch as a Family or just for the Kids, A must pick up and own on Blu Ray!! Picture and Surround Sound Are Great!!

My son viewed one disc after another on a road trip out east, kept him entertained, and able to contribute in the Star Wars discussion at our dinner with Dr. Sweet. He also enjoyed the book of artwork. A very good purchase.
