Star Wars Rebels Season 2 is an absolute thrill ride! So many new characters and the return of fan favorites, this is bound to appeal to fans from all eras of Star Wars.

This is a great Star Wars animated series. I really like the characters in the stories they tell including Ahsoka Tano, Grand Admiral thrawn oh, and Captain Rex making appearances. I also appreciated the fact that use James Earl Jones voice says Darth Vader.

For any fans wondering what happened after the events of the clone wars TV show, this does a great job making several references to major events from the past. Well worth coming back and checking out the series if you felt season 1 was lackluster.

I have been looking for season 2 on blu-ray for a long time I also need season 1 on Blu-ray and the movie Star Wars Rebels on Blu-ray

Star Wars Rebels is an absolute must for all fans of this franchise. The first season gave us a taste of what this small band of Rebels was all about and this season expands on the lore even further. Fans of the Clone Wars will see characters brought back and those who were more Original Trilogy devotees will see characters in their early years. It's great Star Wars story telling and gets even better as the saga unfolds. Any SW fan owes it to themselves to get into this series. As you can see from the cover art, Darth Vader is in several episodes and he's at his prime and so, so powerful! And one more thing, Ezra continues his apprenticeship as expected. I won't say anymore!

This season did everything right in my eyes. It built up on the ending the previous season and made every episode a must watch. It felt like the stakes were at an all-time high. The last two episodes are likely some of the best work Star Wars has given its fans. The lead up to those final two episodes met all expectations and created a great cliffhanger for the next season. However, one shortcoming I do have is that the new Inquisitors weren't good. They felt like bland, generic villains that did not have the same menace as the Grand Inquisitor, but it was already a tough task trying to live up to that character.

This show brings back the best of Star Wars with what feels like a massive dose of nostalgia though it is being experienced with a mix of brand new characters and some old characters. I’ve found that there’s a nice mix of one off humerus episodes that are great to experience with kiddos and episodes that really carry the narrative forward. The animation is also a really nice step up from the previous season and clone wars. This is a great series for the new fans, the old fans, the adults, and the kiddos.

Awesome treat for Star Wars fans. Some familiar faces (and voices, yippieee!). Some of the lightsaber sounds are...meh but the story arcs are definitely moving from what I think of as "younger audiences" (the heroes usually win, there's little danger, all the problems are solved and wrapped up nicely) to more adult-ish themes (heroes sometimes cause more problems when solving others, all bets are off on who is in danger - something I really enjoyed with the Legacy novels with Chewie on Serpindal, etc.). Awesome to have the original voices for Yoda (again) and Vader. And...the confrontation between Padawan and Master!

I enjoy this as an adult fan of the original trilogy. I didn't enjoy the actual films of the prequel trilogy, but I truly did enjoy the story that was told. I feel this series provides "supplemental" information to all 8 of the produced films (PT, R1, OT, EpVII). The voice actors do a great job and I hope that there will be more subtle references to both this series and the Clone Wars series in the feature films moving forward. The series looks great on bluray and provides outstanding sound to go along w the crystal clear images.

I will preface this review by stating the I loved the Clone Wars series and found much of the content geared towards adult Star Wars fans. When I started watching Rebels during the first season I was a little skeptical about it because it seemed a bit childish and truly geared towards kids. Then I watched season 2 and saw it begining to be more mature and cover good topics that a Star Wars fan would appreciate. I was way more interested in season 2 than its predecessor and looking forward to the new season!
