Game is Lots of Fun, We Love the Toys

Starlink: Battle for Atlas is the first game we have had where you put physical toys on the controller. The starter set is the perfect gift for gamers! It comes with a starship, pilot, and weapons. My kids are in the tween and young teen age range. They love that they have the ability to build their starship and can customize it with different weapons and pilots. They are really excited about the possibility of adding pilots, starships and weapons (packs sold separately from the starter pack.) The physical toys add a fun interactive element. Every change players make to their physical starship happens in real time on the screen. All the different weapons, pilots, and starships have unique capabilities, so players can mix and match to fit their playing style. Starlink: Battle For Atlas graphics are incredible. Game play looks and feels like you are part of a movie. You can play in either in single player or with a friend in two-player split-screen. There are seven alien worlds to explore in Starlink: Battle For Atlas and virtually endless ways to customize game play with different starships, weapons, and pilot configurations. Every game is a unique experience and there are hours and hours worth of exploration to do. My kids love this game so we definitely recommend it to other gamers!

This is really a home run, the the kids love the toy and the gameplay, girls & boys! The story is good and doesn’t end when you finish the storyline. I suggest buying some of the weapon packs in addition to the main game. This game is really fun to play with my kids in co-op too, or fun to watch them play it together. Star Fox!!

Sci-Fi Space Battles this Holiday are Epic

We are loving Starlink: Battle for Atlas on our XBox One. It's a great sci-fi space battle action adventure game is an open-world space saga that features modular toy technology, allowing the user to customize different real-world physical starships spaceships, pilots, weapons, wings to their game controller. We initially played building outposts, destroyed extractors, destroyed primes, destruction was our game. It was fun, but we learned not as fun as when you play as the game is intended. What I mean is when the three dreadnoughts appear in space, the fun begins. We played until we could leave each of the planets overrun with the Legion. We encountered more enemies, mastered some weapons, ships, and pilots and learned how the combos work. Plus, fighting the Infernal Primes is an epic battle of fun. We also learned about cloning and fusing mods, leading us to have all Legendary mods. It has been a lesson in playing through, paying attention and enjoying the storyline. This game is fun and unique. It offers several difficulty choices so whether you're a new gamer or seasoned gamer, it offers something for everyone. My son seems to love scanning new lifeforms and taking down the enemy and their bases. The entire game takes place completely from the ship you choose. My son does say that it's a pain to use the digital weapons because to do so you have to move the joycons from the toy ship's cradle. So you either play all digital or all toys. He'd like the game to integrate to be able to mix and match between the two. There are some surprises, like the back of the Arwing ship lights up while the game is running. It makes for a great addition to the game. It's a huge world in the game, so there is plenty to explore and do. Overall, we are enjoying this game and find the universe to have plenty to explore, with epic battles and great details that make this game an ongoing adventure.

    Great Interactive Game

This is such a fun game. You use the physical pieces to create the space ship/characters that you play with in the video game. Changes made to the physical structures are made to the virtual ones in real time. It is expandable. I was worried it would be complicated to an "old school" gamer who is only used to 6 buttons, max, but it is actually pretty easy to learn. My 7 and 11 year old kids love it. My son (11, autistic) plays with the components as toys even without the game being on. Overall, it is a great game, perfect for the whole family. Easy to play and can expand to stay fresh and fun for a long time. I recommend it.

    My Boys are Loving It

I have 3 video game players in my house who usually don't agree on what type of game to play. They love Starlink because they each get their own ship on their controller to customize and they can play together (with added mount we bought). My 8 year old will tell you he loves doing flip flops with the ship and my 16 year old likes the world the game takes place in. Even my hubby gets in there to play. I like how there are new pieces to add on - ships, weapons, pilots - which gives them something 'new' to play with for birthday gifts and special occasions. It is fun!

Starlink: Battle for Atlas delivers and immersive experience that makes you feel as if you’re actually part of the game. My sons had fun mixing and matching pilots, ships, wings, and weapons to customize their starships. They were excited to see the changes they made to their physical ship instantly show up onscreen in the video game. My older son and I recently watched The Matrix and he said the being able to swap out components and go back into the game with different abilities made him feel like Neo.

My kids LOVE video games. When I say love I mean eat, sleep and breath for them. They want the latest and greatest as soon as it hits the shelf. I half to say I was thrilled to see that Starlink: Battle for Atlas is family and more interactive than most other games on the shelves today.

We love this new action-adventure game. You assemble a custom starship that you mount to your game controller, and then take part in epic space combat. You can also swap the parts on your model and then your in-game starship will also change in real time. It’s so much fun for my kids.

Buyer beware the Xbox game was not in the box as advertised. I had to return it. Checked another box for an exchange, no CD in that box either. BB looked it up and it has been a known issue, They Kindly refunded my money, therefore two stars for fairness.
