StarTech is Great to deal with!

I had to contact StarTech a couple of times and they were great to deal with. I ended up having to get a replacement. I can honestly say-this company stands behind their products and has a great customer service. Would highly recommend!

I connected my laptop and hard drive and couple of 27" monitors and it all works great. Extremely easy installation and takes a minute to set it up . I even had my mouse and wired keyboard connected there before getting wireless

Software Conflict

There is some sort of software conflict between the remote software our company uses and this device. So, I unfortunately had to return this device for a refund.

Allows for a lot of connections

This rating would have been 5 stars but I had to purchase a separate VGA cord to connect my second monitor; the adapter provided was VGA to HDMI.

Displays are fine, but issues with USB and Network

The video transition appears fine, but wireless mouse adapter connected to the docking have intermittent issues. Mouse moment lags from time to time. Ethernet cable works for some users and some didn't work on some. I had the latest display link drivers installed.
