    worked great, easy set up but stopped functioning after 2-3 weeks. Got another and I will be very happy if it doesn't malfunction. Helped make use of a dinosoar tv as a monitor.

    This unit automatically detects the VGA signal to produce a high quality video image automatically sized to fit your screen, unlike the less expensive unit I tried previously, which required manual adjustments and produced a less satisfying result.

    I was pleasantly surprised that the conversion on this unit from VGA to composite was so good compared as to what I had been used to. The price point makes it worthwhile for small projects like converting iPad VGA output to composite for all apps instead of just a few like the Apple AV composite cable does .
