Best microphone I've ever seen and bought would buy again

I don't know if my unit is defective or what but this microphone sounds okay but even at max gain it is so quiet people can't even hear me. The dots on the front barely move even at max gain unless I literally tap the microphone face. Definitely a failed product. I tried several hours of troubleshooting and it couldn't even compete with my Quadcast S that I had before this. There's no way to boost the mic volume either past the max, and at max gain it clips and sounds terrible but anything below that is almost silent to everyone else. If I hold the microphone 2 inches from my mouth and talk normally I cant barely make the reactive LEDs move. I have tried turn the dial both ways as I thought maybe it was all the way down or all the way up. Both directions were way to quiet one way was clearly louder so that I assume is max but even still I couldn't be heard over even quiet games on discord. As soon as I disconnected this mic and plugged my hyper x Quadcast S in problem was solved no issues anymore so it's the mic that is clearly very bad. I also tried reaching out to Steel series and their response "update the firmware or turn the dial up or put the volume at 100%" all of which are terrible recommendations cause that's the first troubleshooting step of any microphone so obviously I tried that. They didn't have any help beyond that.

What really makes this mic is the GG software, pair this with the proper filters and you'll not be disappointed

Very solid mic quality and is great for voiceovers. Software is good from steel series so no problems there.

Great microphone and it picks up guitar and vocals great as well. Better than the Yeti that i had.

I haven't had a problem with it yet. Just wish the mute button was a physical button, apart from that wonderful microphone.

Works great on my LP mic arm. And with the sonar software it works great at only picking up my voice and not bakground sounds.

Small enough to fit on my desk and not get in the way of my monitor. Sounds amazing! Works well with steel series GG

Bought one for my brother and it didi not disappoint for the price

This mic was a heck of an upgrade. Had to play in the settings a bit, base was set to high off the start. However once you get that sorted, it's a great price for a great mic.

Good microphone. The software takes a little bit to get used to, but overall it is really good. It is a bit pricey, but still worth it for me.

Aolid usb C mic from a company that has good aoftware. I wiuld recommend fo friends.
