The SteelSeries Engine 3 that came with, and controls the headset gives great 7.1 SS playback that rivals headsets priced 2 to 3 times more than The Steel Series - Arctis 3, wired 7.1 SS Gaming Headset.

Headset sounded great! It always felt a bit loose on my head though, and if I looked down, it would slip a little. Also, the software did not play nice with my PC (Win10). Because of this, I returned the headset.

Purchased this for a close friend and she likes them, except for the headband type strap that holds the set onto your head, she said it takes getting used to. The build quality is very good for a low end model and the sound is crisp and clear.

This headset works great with multiple devices. I use mine for Xbox, PS4 and PC. Although 7.1 only works on Windows it's not that much of a difference. This headset is very comfortable and is not tight or loose on your head. The microphone works great at some noise cancelling because of the directional microphone which is a drawback sometimes if the mic happens to move while you are playing then you would be a little quiet but nothing to knock a star off. Great headset overall.

That is right, do not buy these if you have a small head. I found these to have a bit of weight to them immediately after I put them on. The adjustment system is only made by the strap. You cannot adjust the ear cups up and down. The strap has a small velcro strip on each side to make the adjustment. I didn't feel the strap had enough velcro in order to make them a tighter fit. Sound quality was good as I could hear foot steps while playing Battlefield 1 on Xbox One. I ultimately took these back the next day and opted for a lighter headset instead. These are a great price, great sound, but a bit too heavy, and too large for my personal preference.

This is a great gaming headset considering it's wired. I used it for a long time for daily gaming, then handed it off to my father to use for his YouTube viewing and chat room, when I upgraded to a wireless headset.

After testing many other gaming headphones to use for my PlayStation 4, I found that these are by far the most comfortable headphones you can buy for the price. I would imagine the Arctis 5 and 7 are just as comfortable, but with additional features.

These headphones are some of the best I have used to date, they have amazing bass and with Steelseries Engine, the audio enhancements sound even better. Very comfortable to wear yet isn't fragile at all. Very rugged headphones that can survive falls no problem.

I bought these headphones so my spouse would not have to hear me play the ps4 or pc. They do a good job at that, they work well with the ps4 and pc. They aren't 100% noise cancelling, but they do a good job.

Love these headphone. Replaced my older steel series Siberia with these. Love them. For comfortable. Doesn’t make my ears sweat after playing all day with a 14 year old boss tells me how he porked my mom. Will buy again if they break down.

I bought these for my computer that I game on. I recommend a sounds card if you want the full 7.1 sound that these can make. It's unreal how they sound during game play or just music. Love them.

I purchased these for my fiancé for Christmas this year. He needed a headset that was compatible with his Xbox One and his PlayStation 4. He absolutely loves this headset, and I’ve used it myself and found the sound quality to be great.

My teenage gamer was looking for a headset with a built in microphone. I bought this on chance, after seeing that it had won an industry award and because it was designed in Denmark. User experience has been very positive.

Great headset 10/10. Not fully compatible with Xbox, needs chat adapter for Xbox controller. Great on PS4. Consider Arctis 5 though, has RGB lighting and volume chatbox, awesome for PC

Bought these headphones for my computer so I could listen to movies without little ears hearing. They work great! Use is a breeze, and I like that the microphone is retractable, since I'm not using the headphones for gaming.
