The microphone went out on these headphones after having them for 2 weeks (Santa gift)

Have had this item for less than a month and mic stopped working. I can hear via headphone, but I mainly bought this for gaming. So being able to use the mic is a must. Need to get it fixed asap.

This product had some issues. I had to return the product.

Even though I like Steelseries as a brand. These weren’t the best . They are basic and were not able to connect with my Ps5 . When I was able to connect to my game the mic chat would cut in and out. I went up to the artic 7 and they are a lot better.

unless buying for child very cheap quality and build

I’ve had this headset for three weeks now and out of nowhere this week it started echoing and my sound started blurring out.

I purchased these because of the name associated with them. They stopped working about 2 days after purchased so I returned them.

absolute crap. mic turned total static after just 3 weeks. son complained right out of the box that ear cups were hurting him. DO NOT buy them!!!!

Hated this headset. Wire and mic are clunky as all get out. Save a fee bucks and a whole lot of frustration and get the wireless turtle beaches.

I did not get good, it was damaged by the return time, I will buy another brand

2nd one and neither have lasted more than a couple of months. Bad product and now it’s not returnable!

I wanted these to be great, to work with all my systems, but I couldn't get them to work at all.

These are trash! The right side stopped working already. Won’t be buying again!

Is the easy way spent your money, no good sound, a lot of static noinoise.

Horrible product they are just not made for a game console.

For the sake of the discount price (Black Friday deal for $43 after tax) I purchased this headset at I’m going to give it a 5 star rating. To begin with the Pros: It is extremely comfortable, the headband makes it feel weightless, the ear cushion material is very breathable and light on the ears but still maintains a solid amount of noise cancellation. The sound is very clear compared to other headsets around the same non-discounted price point. Compatible with Series S/X, PC, and PS4/5 I personally like the design of it as well. Cons: Lacks bass, would expect a little bit more for the price. Plastic construction but still seems to be durable. Mic quality isn’t the greatest (although I’ve seen other headsets from this brand for more $$$ and mic quality was still lacking) Ultimately, for the original price point, the headset does lack in some aspects but at the same time makes up for it with others. If purchased at original price I would’ve given it a 4 star.
