Best gaming headphones i have ever baught. Only reason i gave it a 4 star is because when the ANC mode is active the audio goes crazy! Random bass thumps, crackling audio, and the left one does a constant bass buzz. I never use anything but transparency mode anyway so they are fine for me, but for those who want that i would be cautious.
Some quality beats every single high end earbud on

Amazing! Just amazing!! These earbuds sound so so good. Out of the box they do sound very bad and I was so close to returning them but after using the equalizer, they sound amazing! Very strong and punchy bass and very good highs as well. These earbuds beat top of the line brands like Bose, Samsung, and especially Sony. These have to be the best sounding earbuds on the market right now. I compared them with all types of earbuds and they beat every single brand I just mentioned earlier. I just hope they last and if they don't I will update my review.

Amazing sound but problems with mic

Great sound for gaming & listening to music. Enjoy these better than over the ear headsets. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I have to unsync it & resync it from the Xbox sometimes to make the mic work. Sound is amazing though for gaming

Great Earbuds! Steel Series has done it again in my eyes, relatively comfortable with several sized rubbers allowing it to fit all sizes, sounds amazing and the ANC isn't super strong, but strong enough to not cause that pressure feeling while also blocking out most low frequency sounds! Mics are good quality and the sidetone works wonders, transparency is also amazing

These ear buds have been great since I lost my Razer Hammerheads. They feel nice, the options are great and I love that there are a bunch of different audio profiles for different games and listening styles. Just a few minor problems I have. There’s an issue with the 2.4 reciver sometimes, sound doesn’t come through and I have to unplug and plug it back in but it works fine after that. The case is fine but the hinge is a bit too lightweight. I have to angle it so it doesn’t close while I’m taking out or putting back in the buds. The app does everything it needs to do; it may say that it’s lost connection but just press to reconnect and it comes back. I do however wish you could find more audio profiles through the app; you either have to customize something yourself or join the steelseries discord server to find profiles others have made. Overall though, im extremely happy with my purchase and im glad im finally able to have good quality earbuds for my xbox.

Here's the bottom line with these gamebuds, if you game while you're traveling or you mostly play solo then these are pretty good. But they are NOT a "main" headset that I would use daily especially while gaming with friends. The biggest problem with these gamebuds are the mic, they're practically unusable. The other issue is the design and ergonomics which I'll go into more below.
My main headset is the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless which are excellent, but I get tired of wearing them because they're so heavy and they make me look like I'm about to taxi a plane, so I wanted something small, lightweight, and demure if you will. I tested them while playing on both PC and PS5 with friends and on the first day I became the butt of many jokes by my friends because of the mic quality. The feedback that I got from others was that they either couldn't hear me because I sounded so quiet compared to everyone else (even with my mic volume at max), or the mic kept cutting in and out constantly. When I finally switched back to my Nova Pro Wireless headset my friends let out an audible sigh of relief in unison, thats how bad these gamebuds are apparently. Aside from the mic quality, the sound quality is actually decent. I do agree with other reviewers that the bass is actually not bad with these and I would go as far as to say that I would recommend them if all you do is play solo. I had zero issues with connectivity for either bluetooth or 2.4 and it worked perfectly fine for both PC and PS5.
Now on to the design of these gamebuds as I mentioned at the start - it's terrible. The biggest problem is these gamebuds either fit really well for you or they're a constant pain that you have to keep adjusting. It was the latter for me, and for some context I have AirPods Pro which fit me perfectly. In addition to the fitment issues when you adjust the earbuds you will 100% accidentally touch the very large side buttons which are pre-programmed to switch you from 2.4 to bluetooth or change your ANC setting (depending on which earbud you touch). Every...single...time that I adjusted the earbuds (which seemed like every few minutes) I would end up touching the buttons, it's infuriating. But wait, theres more - because theres only one button on each earbud in order to do simple things like mute your mic you have to hold the button for a "short time" (Steelseries actual language). The problem with that is if you hold the button for too short of a time it registers as a tap and switches you to a different connection mode, if you hold it for too long then it increases the volume. Basically muting yourself becomes a side quest in and of itself.
To wrap things up here - the only reason I would keep these is if I was traveling and playing solo which is not something I do often, so unfortunately these are going back to Best Buy.

These sound great, pretty much on par with any current earbuds. ANC works well too.
For gaming, they are excellent. Fit is fine for me with the tips that were already on them, but they include others.
The mic works well, my brother says I sound great :)
Connection to phone and xbox was very simple. The phone app gives options to change settings too.
Overall, solid.

I have had these for the better part of a week, at this point. The great thing about them is the sound quality. Once you find an EQ setting that you like and suits you, they are pretty great for what they are. They don't sound as quality as my over the ear Steel Series, but for an in ear bud that have far smaller drivers, they do the trick and could be a great alternative for when you don't want a big head set on for long gaming sessions.
Unfortunately, these fall on their face with the terrible software. The list of issues include dropping connection or them not connecting all together without unplugging and plugging the dongle back into the console, a absolutely horrible popping distortion that can happen to the sound quality seemingly for no reason. It's as if they are getting some sort of interreference where each bass hit causes a loud thud/pop instead of a booming bass note. The app will also just stop acknowledging the buds being connected and then can't find them resulting in you losing the ability to use the app to operate functionality of the buds themselves.
All in all, the software/connectivity of these is absolutely terrible, and without this reliability I can in no way suggest them to anyone. They are essentially a liability more so than a useful tool to enhance your gaming experience, regardless of how great they sound. For this price point you could probably find some great quality plug in headphones and not have to deal with an awful UI.

Couldn't be happier with the purchase, best in-ear gaming earbuds on the market, and the per game audio profile is actually so useful and enhances the experience far beyond any other option, especially for games like cs2

This device is a must have for anyone with a handheld especially. The 3d audio is superb for how small the device is. I agree it’s a little pricey at Msrp but if you can find them on sale like I did then they are more than worth it. Definitely recommend!

They are great at what they do. I have the Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless headset and they are pretty similar, but in earbud form. They connect with 2.4 wireless and bluetooth, but you can't listen to audio from both simultaneously, unlike the full size headsets. You can swap between 2.4 and bluetooth with a button, and I think it can automatically change to bluetooth if you get a call, which is nice. The ANC is not as good as something from Bose or Sony but it is better than nothing. It is great that you can use them as gaming buds or just regular bluetooth earbuds.

People were complaining that they are too quiet. I just got mine today but I had the app for my Actis pro headset the gaming buds have a volume limiter you can turn off on the app. These are actually perfect in my opinion they are the perfect and they are very comfortable.

Initially, I was going to return this item. The volume was really low and sound quality was poor. Many steps later and it is good.
Recommend following their instructions for initial setup. Get all updates in 1.4.0 at this time. Once setup, make sure the device profile is 'FLAT' under the device itself under Devices in GG.
In addition at the bottom there is a setting to limit volume. Turn that off.
Then under profiles you can set your volume profiles for example under Game I also adjusted the gain +8.0 dB. This gave me enough sound (and at 2.4GHz very good sound) at 80% volume. You can crank up the gain to 12.0 dB.
Also, BT doesn't sound nearly as good as 2.4 but its a bit tricky to setup as well because it is treated as (2) devices which means you need to do those same settings twice.
These sound amazing after those adjustments, and the instructions on this aren't really clear.

These are great earbuds that work for multiple video game consoles and PC. I particularly use them for my Nintendo switch too as well as gaming on my PlayStation. Very happy with them. I think that adaptive noise control is superb. I do wish they would provide a cleaning tool to remove ear wax on it. Oh no, great purchase and especially appreciate the price.

Great earbuds. I would say they are like the airpods pro gen 1 and the galaxy pro 2 for a good example in normal audiences. Its super great in every aspect except 2 things 1 is connection. For whatever reason steel series is kinda hit or miss in this the adapter they use doesnt sometimes like 10% of the time connect when getting on from a off console it connects but in a party you are hearing everone but it says connect mic. The fix is just disconnect the adapter and plug it back in. The number 2 is the mic is kinda bad. I mean its like the galaxy pro 2 mic its not bad but its like your far away from the microphone which you definitely are since this sits in your ear with no stem or blade coming out facing your mouth

First off i wanna say these are great for people who hate hot ears from the standard gaming headsets. Outside of the xbox they are decent for music from your phone or taking calls. Yeah, it sucks you can use 2.4 and BT at the same time but whatever. The anc isnt great. Where they really shine is comfort as i can wear these for hour whereas some earbuds hurt my ears after 1hr+. Another big downside: the mic. Sometimes my mate say i sound great but theres times they say i sound like im in a tunnel? 4/5 overall just for the comfort dispite the downsides
