Gamer sead het, have audio with boom boom go directly to brain

I was recommended this brand and headset by the employee but its honestly one of the most frustrating headsets I've ever had. There are so many small tech issues and quirks, like if you leave the headset plugged in to the computer, turn the computer off, then turn it on, the headset won't work. you have to unplug the headset and re plug it in every time which is annoying. Will randomly have really loud static even if the volume is low both on the computer and headset. hate being jump scared by my own headset when just listening to music. sometimes the volume won't change when adjusting both on the headset or pc, went threw all the setting and nothing could fix it. it just happens? even just setting it up you have to go threw a lot with the brands website make an account and download their weird external app. for the price I thought I was getting a good headset but its not worth the headache or the price. never buying this brand again.

Got exactly what I wanted and came in right on time.

USB Malfunctioned while I was using them to work from home. I had to end my shift early. Only had them for 3 months. Very disappointing! Great headset otherwise.

Not a fan of the sound quality and it dose not fit my head properly.

It’s a no for me. Fit was strange, I have big ears though. Mic was not great. The on board mixer was also fairly bad. Spend the extra money on a better one.

Sound is oaky, but if you have a bigger head like i do then do not puchase these. very uncomfortable feel like they are about to fall off at all times.

I got the mic a month ago and it’s already broken. The mic and wiring is poor quality
