Used these while working in a call center. They are very good and functional. One major flaw in the product is that the ear muff pieces can turn, and if they are turned too much, the screws that hold the muffs in place will loosen all the way causing the muff pieces to detach from the rest of the headset. It is a very easy fix to just screw it back in, but definitely was not helpful when I was in the middle of calls when it would randomly happen. Eventually/now, I constantly hold a tiny repair kit with me to make sure the screws don't randomly unscrew all the way.
