They're decent but I wouldn't purchase them again. Began crackling shortly after purchase.

Don't waste any money on these. Some times the battery will last and hour and sometimes 5 hours. Really inconvenient when you are in the middle of something with friends. They get hot quickly on your ears and become very uncomfortable. Had them only since Aug 31st.

The headset itself is comfortable, but it is extremely quiet. Many friends complained the microphone echoed and overall, for the price point it was underwhelming.

Is not worh the price low quality plastic sqeaks after about 2 weeks and is not very comfortable

Crazy how they put best headset for PS5. The mic is so bad it has white noise everytime it picks up anything. The mic does not automatically come with noise cancellation. A lot of the features are not available for PS5 only for PC using the sonar app. The setting will NOT carry over to the PS5 get a headset that is fully compatible with the PS5

Subpar sound for the price. Controls was not ergonomical. Returned the next day for a full refund.

Returned these within a week of use. Didn’t like the sound and the mic was terrible. Went with the new turtle beach head set and love them

Sound quality is absolutely terrible. The only reason I kept them is that they’re the only pair I’ve owned that fit my tiny head. If you’re looking for amazing quality sound, don’t even consider adding these to your cart.

How can I speak of my pure disappointment with these headphones? I don’t understand all the reviews that I read that says they were so good. I purchased these headphones for my son to use on his PS5. Not only were they very difficult to pair, the sound quality is terrible. My son let me listen in as he was in gameplay, and I could barely make out what the other person was saying as the quality was very poor I return these immediately.

Left side just stopped working. These headphones are very well kept, basically sit on my desk all day and randomly this issue came up. Tried reinstalling driver, looking at the volumes on both side to see if something happened. When it worked, it was great but unreliable.

I have always been a fan of the artic steel series and this is by far the best one for a really good price.

Disappointed in these. Constant loud static hissing noise no matter what you do and picks up EVERYTHING. I returned the same day I got them. I will never get these ever again.

I have purchased 3 of these. 1st pair: had an issue turning on/staying on. 2nd and 3rd pair (current) the dongle does not turn on after firmeare update. Considering just returning and giving up n the Product. This is my first Steel Series product, I am not happy with the expereience to day the least.
