Pros: They're comfortable - not too much squish and pretty light. They work fine without the steelseries software. The mic is clear and the mute switch and led indicator is a big plus. The game/chat mixer works shockingly well. Neutral: The sound quality is ok. It can feel unbalanced sometimes but I can't say for certain that the headphones themselves are the source. Cons: I would've preferred to run through 3.5mm cable instead of USB, unfortunately I couldn't get the mic working that way. The build quality feels sturdy in some places, but it's easy to see why many people have a problem with them breaking at the ear cup joint. This is definitely an "extended warranty" sort of product.

When I put these on in the beginning of a call of duty game, and I just hear planes above me i get so immersed into the world im playing. To a point where the gunshots are so crisp.

I am very pleased with this headset. The sound quality is amazing and the mic is great as well. My only complaint is that it fits a bit snug due to me having a large noggin.

Great sound quality! This is my favorite headset ! I play mainly Warzone and other battle royales and I can hear foots steps clearly and gunshot directions

The quality of the headphones are wonderful, microphone is also great. The port availability is where I love the headset, the ability to plug it by usb or aux is fantastic!

Sound quality is great! These are the quality you would expect from steel series. The RGB is a great addition. We added the wicked cushions replacement ear pads for added comfort .

Excellent audio quality with a top-notch boom mic, and they're comfortable to wear for long periods of time as well. Can't go wrong with these. In order to get the best sound quality out of these, you will most definitely want to either get yourself a decent external DAC or at least an equalizer program. Straight out of the box, the audio quality isn't all it can be, which is pretty common for high-end cans in general. If you're looking for something that's just plug and play with no need for you to tweak EQ settings or rely on anything like a DAC for high res audio quality, these might not be for you. For me, I'd done my research on what I was getting into and am perfectly happy to do the tweaking required to get a headset like this sounding like it can and should.

Super good headphones, i loved the aesthetic, it looks so good on you head and with the elastic band you don't even notice that you are wering a headphones but despite that i prefer the wireless version

Preliminary I’m on mobile so my grammar may not be exact. I have been using a Logitech G930 for a few years now. The left ear muff finally snapped and so I’ve been looking to get a new headset. I’ve tried on and listened to nearly a dozen from Corsair, Hyperx, Razer, and this one has always felt the best. I’ve owned this headset for a few weeks and they sound amazing. They don’t put any pressure on your ears so you can wear them all day. They come with a head phone jack, so you use them on your phone or Nintendo switch. The headset also comes with a volume adjustment switch for gaming and conversations. Over all for the price. It is an amazing headset.

After my old Atlas Elites finally stopped working, I decided I wanted to give SteelSeries a shot. After hearing good things about them, I couldn’t be happier that I made the choice to purchase them. The sound is great and makes gaming that much better. With the SteelSeries program you can make all the necessary adjustments to the settings that you’d like. The microphone voice chat is clear & crisp. The adjustable mic and mute button on the back is also nice to have. They are also very comfortable yet are secure to your head and don’t slide off. The adjustable strap makes it easy to find the right comfort zone. I have nothing negative to say about this headset, highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality headset.

Spectacular truly impressive and also cool looking

Sound quality is phenomenal. I've owned several 1-200 dollar headsets, and these are by far the best bang for your buck that I've tried. They fit well, don't leak sound, cancel background noise, and come with some really nice peripheral software from Steelseries. Love the tuner and integration with Discord and DTS. Great for gaming and music. Many (especially USB) headsets suffer from a background noise problem stemming from electrical interference, but the base set comes with an excellent isolator. About as good as it gets without needing to splurge on 1k USD headsets. I can't speak to the mic quality since I use a separate apparatus, but I've read elsewhere that it's serviceable.

Got these for my boyfriends birthday after a LOT of research and he loves them! No longer has to worry about his friends asking who’s headset is causing echo while they play

First of all, these came earlier than expected and that was great! I use these for work as I work remotely and need to have my background sounds quiet. They work great and they cover my ears for great comfort.

Recently purchased never used steel series and I can honestly say I won’t use any others these are the best headphones very durable and the quality is amazing

Sound and mic quality is great. I went with the wired set mostly due to price point. Got mine on sale for 138$. Wireless always seems nice but my tower sits right on the desk beside me so being wired was not an issue. Really nice inline chat/game volume control with super satisfying knob. Could not think of what else to call it so enjoy that. RGB is a really nice quality as well. Inset around both ear pieces and on the end of the mic. SteelSeries engine got alot of things to mess with from sound settings to RGB control. Can't speak to longevity yet but if it's anything like the keyboards I've purchased from this brand. I have no doubts I'll be rockn these for years. As good as it gets for a headset (mic + headphones) at a great price.
