I've been using the previous version of this for 3+ years. When I saw the new version coming with a great optical sensor, this was basically a no-brainer for those who want a clean, ergonomic, fast, and cheap gaming mouse. Using it on my PC, Mac, and also Xbox!

I was looking for a nice affordable option and came across this mouse. Its been great and speedy with response, i also love the rgb lights. Would recommend.

Feels super light and has two buttons on the side.

This mouse feels great in the hand. The materials feel premium, the clicks sound great. My only complaint is the RGB colors are on by default and can be super distracting. I’d prefer that the LEDs turn on when requested.

Great mouse, i bought i for my son and he loves it, super light, the lights are good and ease to use.

He loves it! It is Smooth and responsive! Glides with ease.

I like the styling as I wanted an all white peripheral setup. After getting it in hand I didn’t like the feel and button placement. I play FPS games the the thumb buttons were small and weren’t the easier to press. Also the response didn’t feel competitive enough. Paid more for a better mouse and no regrets. Can’t recommend for competitive gaming but inexpensive and looks good if you just need a mouse.

I really like the SteelSeries Rival 3 Gen 2 wired optical gaming mouse. It fits my hand well; and the cord is sturdy and well protected from separation unlike some other brands. I think it will hold up well. I like the bright optical colors too.
