This movie is tight!

While the film has grain, as it's fairly old, it's the best possible picture quality available. Looks great in black and white. Also, while some might find it a bit slow, I found the characters interesting to watch and I really enjoyed the road trip and gambling aspect of the show.

I Can't Recommend This to Anyone Who Isn't a Fan

One of Jarmusch's first films, the first to get the stamp of approval by a good number of reviewers during it's theatrical release. I've never really been able to say, yeah, I love Stranger than Paradise. For a fan of Jarmusch, I have tried to love this film by watching it numerous times to see if anything was lost in between. It's too bad Criterion hasn't released Mystery Train.
