Easily track your daily activity on your smart phone and it also tracks your sleep patterns. Many people commented on my purchase and are going to get on for themselves. Very easy to use.

Bought this thinking it would be good, but how wrong was I, have put it in the bin was rubbish, says it counts steps mmmmmm I did 10,000 sitting at my desk

I purchase the Strilv twice within two months, it does't have real lock just punch it in three little holds. Great product and a cheap price but what good is it if it won't stay on your wrist.

I Love My Striiv - Band Fitness and Sleep Tracker -Black, it works good and creates miracles.

I've been working out regularly but wondered how many calories I burn chasing my two kids around...this band and the app makes me go the extra distance. The app tells how many steps you take, how far you've gone, how many calories burned and activity time. I charge my band with the android charger once a week. I love it!
