I am new to fitness trackers, tried a few of them until I stumbled on this. Great price for all the specs that it offers. This one keeps track of your sleep patterns, steps, calories burned, miles walked, workout time, and the best part-- heart rate monitor! For this price you can't beat it! The rest of the trackers that offer this feature costs close to $200...yea right! And there's a bonus... It gives you notifications from email to phone calls to text to weather! Wow! Other trackers that offer all this specs like I mentioned cost very pretty pennies. The app for it is very functional and easy to do, syncs with your device without a sinch, and the package comes with two other wrist bands! I am thoroughly pleased, I LOVE IT!

I returned my Jawbone Up3 after wearing it for 3 weeks religiously. Skin irritation was an issue, and the fact that you can't spot check your heart rate. So after a little bit of research, I found Striiv and purchased it right away.
Here are my observations from having worn it less than a day:
1. the tracker's shape is strange because the opposite side of the face has three sensors, so the face has to be wide. As such the bracelet fits tight under the tracker's face and on the opposite side, but the sides immediately following the tracker's face stick away from the wrist. I have attached the picture. When you wear the tracker non-stop for several hours, it gets painful.
2. the tracker could do so much more, but the app is very bare bones, to its own detriment. Not a lot of functions, and to make up for that, the app creators slapped a game into the app's menu, as if saying: sorry the app is bad, here, play some games instead. The app only links to MyFitnessPal (and I have yet to see that on the MFP app). If you are using LoseIt!, for example, you are out of luck.
3. The sleep tracker is a joke.
4. There is no inactivity reminder.
5. I bought this tracker to spot check my heart rate throughout my workouts, but I did a comparison with a dedicated heart monitor strapped to me, and the heart rate monitor on Striiv is inaccurate, it read at least 10 bpm below what the dedicated heart monitor was reading. So much for that.
I am disappointed, so I am returning this item to the store. It is a very raw, unfinished, and unpolished product, it needs a lot of work. I think it was unwise to release this preemie baby into the same environment as FitBit, Jawbone, and Garmin. Those big boys will stomp this baby into dust without even trying. I guess Striiv wanted to cash in on the tracker craze with a poorly designed item. I wonder if this decision will kill any hope that in the future, even with a hypothetical better tracker from Striiv, the company will have customer trust. Once you release a sub-par item into the market, you may be associated with that item for a long time even if your other products rock.

This is a great activity tracker. I love the fact that it is touch screen. The tracker is easy to use, light, and has everything you need in an activity tracker. I love the text/app notification feature. The only downfall is the battery life. It only lasts about 3 days, when other trackers have lasted 5-7. Great tracker overall. I definitely recommend it!

The bio activity tracker + HR is a great asset to monitoring key factors and adjusting activity for everyday health. It is simple and easy to read. The heart rate monitor and sleep tracker are very useful in following two important areas of health.

This device is a nice addition to my workout equipment. Overall, the feel of the wristband is a little stiff, but you get used to it. Other reviewers stated that it is hard to put on, but after a few attempts, it's fairly easy. The heart rate monitor is a little goofy though. During workouts, you can't seem to get a heart rate properly, unless you are completely still. This kind of stinks, especially during intense workouts, when you are already tired. Orherwise, the app is easy to use and updating the device over Bluetooth is simple. One negative is the battery life. With Bluetooth activated, it only lasts 2 days on a full charge. A good choice for the price point, but definitely a small step backwards compared to other options on the market.

I would recommend this to anyone who needs immediate notice of mails, messages or texts. It even reads texts as they come in.
Notice of incomming call with details of who is calling is very important, you can choose to answer the call or let it go to voice mail.
Sleep quality graphics are very useful to determine if enough sleep is obtained on the daily basis. I receive a lot of mails, texts end messages, so my battery life is 2-3 days.
I highly recommend this product

I really like this, nice having time, and getting my text and calls, before I dig my phone out. I like the heart monitor, and the app that gives you an overall view of your day. And sleep. My only negative is battery life, only last 2 days, however I have my phone linked so I'm sure that uses up the battery, only takes about an hour to charge so no biggie. Also wish they had some neutral color bands even white would be nice.

I bought this for my daughter who has tachycardia (episodes of rapid heart rate). I needed something small enough to fit her tiny wrist being a young teenager and of course a tool where she could track her heart rate when she would have episodes. Style and additional features as a teenager were important too. There are three challenges with this product:
1. The other color bands are not easy to put on, so she just always settles for the black (even though she would prefer one of the colors).
2. The battery dies in 2-3 days so the charger always needs to be handy.
3. When her heart rate is high for example, over 200, it doesn't show the "2", which I think is odd.
But it gets the job done.
I don't know any other product small enough with a wrist heart rate capability to fit in her wrist, so if someone has a similar situation with a young kid with tiny wrists, I would recommend this product.

Accurate pedometer/heart rate checker, responsive touch screen, and minimalist yet modern design! Tells you who's calling, allows reading of texts, even control tracks playing over Bluetooth from your mobile phone. "MyLand" is definitely a very interesting way to motivate more activity with game rewards! Manufacturer promises more apps in the future, can't wait to see what they do!

Great screen display size and loved the band choices it came with along with the price. I only wish the battery would last longer its about three days before charging is required. I however get a lot of calls and text which eat up battery time.

Definitely step up from the original Striiv Fusion. Love the heart rate monitor. It is very accurate. Just make sure you keep still :). The retail is the same as the Fit Bit Flex but the Flex doesn't have the heart rate function. I was afraid the added functions would drain the battery but I don't see that to be the case so far. The sale price makes it that much better!

I bought this for my wife. I really like this as it syncs very well to her phone which is LG G2 though it is not mentioned as a compatible phone. I did not face any issues with this. I tried to count the steps I really took vs. what is displayed in striiv. It came very close. I dont expect it to be exactly the same though. I recommend this for sure
