I had heard mixed reviews about the movie but I thought it was very good. I felt they did a great job with the realism of what happened that day but more importantly continue the story where the news coverage stopped.

This is yet another film that had saw in theaters that was very overlooked by many people at the time this was movie was only in certain locations and had to travel to see this film. Stronger not only shows more perspective on the Boston bombing during that time, it also showed a person who struggles throughout his life to re adapt and in his life that becomes a hero on who those people were that did this attack. Much like patriots day this shows more on the perspective on Jeff Bauman Played by Jake Gyllenhaal who lost both his legs and overtime has his own battles to face with emotions after all that happened. This is not only one of the most powerful films i had seen of 2017, it is also a film i would highly recommend.

Stronger is an inspirational & true-life story of Jeff Bauman (Jake Gyllenhaa), the man who lost both of his legs just above the knee in the Boston Marathon bombing, is trying to stand on new prosthetics for the first time. During the movie, Jeff will be told he’s a hero & reminded to stay “Boston Strong,” but will question again & again just what that means. The film subverts it’s own message about the commodification of tragedy to become something even more remarkable-a statement on the value of images of survival.

Totally inspiring and powerful movie. Gyllenhaal is on quite a role with his last 5-6 movies. He really inhabits the lead role and takes you inside what it was like to be involved in the Boston bombing and the aftermath. It’s easy to get caught up in the publicity and public outpouring of sympathy and support but what happens when you have to go home and live out the rest of your life?

It was ok, but not quite as captivating as I thought it would be.

I had really high expectations for this film when I first heard of it. When I finally saw the film it ended up being okay. I expected much more out of it to be honest. Still enjoyed it and still worth doing a movie night.

Stronger was not a popular movie when it came out. It is such a good movie about one of the survivors in the Boston Marathon bombing. I feel that it is a movie people should see. You will most likely she’d some tears so be prepared.

Am always impressed by Jake Gyllenhaal's ability as an actor. One day he'll win an Academy Award. He doesn't deveate from acting prowess in this film. Good film and very well acted.

My wife and I were not able to see this movie in our local movie theater and am happy we were able to purchase it at a good price from BestBuy and am looking forward to watching it as often as we want.

An incredible and inspiring performance by Jake Gyllenhall makes this film so remarkable. Extras on the BluRay disc detail how the film was made along with background of its subject and true hero.

Great performance and very inspiring to someone who has a tragedy health wise I have been through this having broken my back so it brought back some memories of the struggle we all go through in life

The plastic wrap left residue on the box. other than that it’s great. Not sure if these are being left in the heat, or if it’s a problem with the manufacture.

I ordered this movie on Blu-ray. I pre-ordered it and it arrived on its release date. It came nicely packed and included the DVD version and the Digital HD code. Definitely worth the money!

Really good movie about a survivor of the Boston marathon bombings who lost both legs but fights against all odds to make a real life for himself

Stronger is the second movie from The Patriot that shows how he over comes losing both legs to the Marathon bombings and what it was like for him to go through it all.
