    This pack from GoPro comes with a ton of stuff in a neat bag, Thats where the fun starts! LOL its like an erector set trying to figure out the many options available. Try to mount it on the windshield I/S the car. Good luck. In fact go to You Tube for a bloody tutorial. BUT Outside the car say on the door or the roof, its amazing! The suction cup is super strong and will provide great results.

    I needed some way to securely mount my GoPro in our race car. The suction cup mount works great.

    Not cheap yes its plastic but stronger than most i have used. The base is larger than most 2.5 inches so i had to buy a couple of larger disks for the dashboard. Great holding power. I don't thing it will work on curved surfaces as the suction base is flat. Haven't tried it though. It came with some misc mounting parts.

    suction sticks pretty well to smooth surfaces. but slides around quite a bit. Has not let go yet but I keep it tethered
