This product didn't equate to the price. I probably got 20 mph speed out of the blower. I charged both batteries to 100% charge. I was very disappointed. I received the blower Thursday, 27 September 2022, it was easy to assembly. It only required one screw to attach the hose before use. I was so shacked of the output of the blower that I didn't even try the mulcher attachment. I wanted to return it with minimal use for resale. I powered the blower up with the two batteries, that came with the blower. I attempted to blow leaves off my deck but the blower didn't provide enough power to move the leaves but a few inchs. I have a little less than an acre of yard, with a lot of trees which shed a lot a leaves. This product didn't provide enough force to move the debris from my above ground, enclosed deck. I immediately knew it wouldn't have a chance of making any impact on the debris in my yard. I will be returning the product to the closest Best Buy in the closest county which is in Wilson, NC. Approximately a 40 minute drive one way from my house. I am returning the product on 02 October 2022 to get a quicker refund. I have purchased the Backpack blower from Best Buy online in its place hoping to get better results. I will pay the extra $150 more to get a product that is suitable for my yard. With a $300 + price tag on the replacement blower. I hope to receive at least a good residential product. Hoping with the price it should cover commercial jobs. I am overall satisfied with other Best Buy products I have purchased through the website but this was a complete disappointment at best. I will continue to purchase other products from Best Buy online with no hesitation

Big and cumbersome. Not comfortable using it r/t its big size.
