Good for novices and even people who do not wish for a lot of complexity. The machine is easy to use and instructions are great. As I have learned more about making bread - I find that (1) the machine has no option for me to knead and ferment my own dough (2) the sides and bottom of the bread browns up nicely but despite all attempts - the top of the bread, the one visible thru the see thru window does not brown up enough and (3) recipes are good for novices and looking up complex recipes online is an exercise similar to rolling dice.

Never having used a bread maker before I wanted it to be simple and easily understood and this product was a perfect fit, I really enjoy using this machine and am glad I bought it.

Bread is Dry and Dense
