Q: Can this machine be used to make low carb breads?
A: I tried couple of time to make the bread.. first of all it is time consuming & secondly the bread did not come out well. We tried to modify the process & ingredients .. but was not very satisfied.. I would suggest to check other makers although little expensive they may work well, as seen in couple friends places.. Good Luck !
A: Yes, just follow the instructions in your recipe, and select the level of browning you want on the finished loaf. You can also use the dough setting if you want to shape the loaf yourself.
