Can this machine be used to make low carb breads? null

I tried couple of time to make the bread.. first of all it is time consuming & secondly the bread did not come out well. We tried to modify the process & ingredients .. but was not very satisfied.. I would suggest to check other makers although little expensive they may work well, as seen in couple friends places.. Good Luck !

You can convert any bread recipe to your bread machine if you do not exceed the recommended amount of flour: 1 lb.: No more than 2 cups 1 ½ lb.: No more than 3 ½ cups 2 lb.: No more than 4 cups For best results, we recommend using the recipes tested with our bread makers. However, your own recipes can be used. You may simply sprinkle a teaspoon of water a little at a time, until the dough ball appears smooth, round and dry and circles nicely in the pan. Be careful not to add too much water.
